My family recently relocated to Nashville, TN and unfortunately had to fill an out of state script as we have not been able to establish our health care here. As a CVS customer for over three years, we choose CVS since they would have our previous records, etc and the great service we always received at our CVS in Birmingham. However, the interaction that we had with Pharmacy supervisor, Henry Hine was unacceptable. To be treated with such a condescending and disrespectful attitude is NOT what I pay for. To have this supported by a division manager (Gene) tells me that the local CVS Pharmacies have lost sight of the customer service aspect. As a health care provider and consumer, I know I can make my opinion known by simply transferring all my families future prescription needs to Walgreens. Dont think because it is health care that you have to deal with POOR customer service. Choose the service you seek with your health care dollar.

Its currently 8:07am and no one has unlocked the front doors. Theres 5 people waiting outside, including myself. The employees show no sense of urgency and its frustrating for people who need to get to work on time in the morning. **Update** 5 minutes later the pharmacist came to the door to let in an employee. He wouldnt let us customers in because a manager hadnt made it in yet. So I took my business over to Walgreens. And probably will continue going there because they open at 7am. And in a town completely full of office complexes that is much more convenient for is hard working people who are trying to get to work on time.

The pharmacist was very helpful. They actually found a way to get me my prescription cheaper, without me even asking, which required some research on their part. Above and beyond.
