My wife came in at lunch to get a new phone on her existing account. Since I had opened her account, they would not serve her. They gave her instructions for me to follow to add her to the account so she could upgrade the phone herself. The instructions did not work (after 3 tries), so we decided we needed to go to the store in person. 4 weeks later (the earliest we could both get to the same store), we walked into this store. We were told we had at least an hour wait. We left the store to run other errands and returned in 55 minutes. We were told our name had been called, and we had lost our place in line. We were told with a zombie-eyed quasi-politeness that we could wait the 41 minutes for the next opening, which we chose to do, rather than come back and start the whole cycle of frustrated time-wasting over again. So far, weve got about 45 minutes of our precious weekend invested in getting a new phone from AT&T. Thats after one prior visit by my wife and at least 3 failed attempts by me to get her added to my account so this isnt a 2-person ordeal. But were still waiting.... No phone yet. This started as a 1-star review. Weve finally gotten served, by Timmy. Timmy has turned it to a 3-star review. Wouldve been 5 if we had started with Timmy. He was completely attentive and patient, couldnt have asked for any better. They just need to get their terrible customer wait scheme worked out.

Horrible Customer Service. Bought 4 iphone 6s plus about 4 days ago. Firstly they tried to cheat us on the deal where they were offering buy 1 & get 1 phone free, so they went and charged us for all 4 iphones. Today one of the phones screen started freezing up. Went back to the store since they claim about their return or exchange policy with in 14 days which is all false advertising. Staff by the name of Paul & Manager Jontae on duty was not helpful and could not get my phone changed. I got home and cancelled all my lines to show these people that they cannot take genuine customers for granted. I like AT&T services because of their coverage but their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE especially at this store. Sincere advice to the executives of AT&T, is that if they dont provide proper training to their staff at this location, they might see lot of disappointed customers & loss of revenue. AT&T must realize that paying Customers always have a choice and fix this nonsense way of running business. I do not recommend this AT&T store and we as Customers should not let them take advantage of us. Good Luck & God Bless

I love AT&T but hate this store. Took a phone in on Sunday that I found in the street. It clearly belonged to an elderly person, so I wanted to make certain it was returned quickly. I took it to this store where a salesman said, "Be with you in a minute." I approached him & said, "Hey, I just found this in the street and couldnt figure out who it belonged too." He said, Well I would just call the last numbers to try to trace it, but thanks." It was condescending at best. Yes, I could call around, but I thought the phone could be traced easiest through AT&T. I would have gladly waited for him to trace it and then I would have willingly returned it to the owner. Instead it was more important to him to act like a jerk. I can only find peace in knowing the person will get their phone, and this rude guy can never be successful.

The manager at this store (Kristie) is rude, unhelpful and extremely condescending. My family has 5 smart phone lines with AT&T, an iPad, and a mifi. We have been AT&T customers since 2004 and were informed that, now, (with these NEXT changes) that to get a "subsidized" iPhone, on a 2-year contract, (you know how that works, right? sign a new contract, get a discount on your hardware...) and our "access fee" to the $100 worth of data we subscribe to would go up by $25/month for that line. Apparently, AT&T no longer rewards loyal contracted service... that, and after dealing with the management at this store location we are seriously considering switching carriers. If you can, avoid this manager, (my husband has had a wonderful experience with other associates in the past) your day will be considerably more enjoyable.

This is a company-owned store, but they cannot help with cell phone problems. I have Android Motorola phone (Moto X Gen. 1) that is 1 1/2 yrs old. After the Lollipop Android 5 update, the Wifi was broke. All that the rep could offer was a new phone, and said that it is common for a phone to have problems after an update. He said the only store that can help troubleshoot a phone is on West End Ave in Nashville, TN. I left the store very disappointed. I went home, and started a Chat session on Motorolas web site with Support. The Rep was very patient, said I would have to perform a Factory Reset. She (he?) helped back up Contacts and Photos, then walked me through the Factory Reset procedure. Seems like it took aver an hour total time on Chat. Now the phone is working great - no problems. Thank you Motorola! :)

I went in to buy a new phone. I was put on a waiting list...which was fine. I was number 4...then 3 after 15 minutes then bumped down to 5. Waited another 15 minutes made it back up to 3...then bumped back down to 5. After 45 minutes...still at 5. I asked a Rep why I keep getting bumped down and was told people had appointments. Thats fine but why wasnt I told that at the beginning. I was told that it would be about 10 to 15 minutes. Horrible customer service. The reps there did nothing to rectify the situation. Another lady had checked in 10 minutes prior to me and she was still waiting. She was told the same thing. Both of us walked out. Horrible, horrible customer service!!!!!

My DirectTV was impacted by a storm. I called Monday and scheduled an appointment for the only night I was off work, Friday 03/10 after 5PM. I called at 4:30 to verify and I was told a technician already closed my ticket and fixed my cable. My cable was not fixed, my appointment was "completed", and no one ever contacted me(or showed up at my apartment). Dispatch then told me that because it is after hours (5PM on Friday) they cannot get a technician out.The earliest a tech will be out is Tuesday. The customer service is awful at best. If my apartment offered anything other than Direct TV, I would not have it.

When I was signed in, I was ninth in line. I figured i was going to have to wait a couple of hours or so, especially this time of the year. Twenty minutes later, my name was being called. I was helped by a young lady named Ashley who was extremely helpful in getting my phone straightened out. Everyone else was also friendly too. Im not sure what happened to other people who gave low scores, but my experience was great for what I needed done, and I will go back. And ask for Ashley of course.

This particular AT&T is my absolute favorite! I live in Columbia and my AT&T is always less than helpful, but they were wonderful at the Franklin store! I was asking about switching to another provider (which normally makes people salty) and they were so objective in talking me through options. It started pouring down raining when we were leaving the store and one of the employees even walked us to our car with her umbrella!
