Employee was rude. Tried to charge $20 more on prescription than quoted on phone 30 minutes earlier by same employee. Then claimed she wouldnt be able to fix her mistake . Guess she didnt know who she was talking to. Of course it was fixed because I wasnt getting swindled out of my money. Im tired of rude employees who are too comfortable in their jobs and forget that they are there only because of the customers. Will follow up with her name and will be contacting corporate office. Speak up people...let your voice be heard!!!
