I disagree with itzpms review. I recently took some of my art over to the Madison Hobby Lobby, and had a great experience. I needed these pieces matted very quickly for an art show coming up in a few days. After telling them my situation the framing department employee offered to do it right there while I waited. I had my prints done in about 15 mins. The only reason I dont give Hobby Lobby 5 stars is because usually the check out counter (in the front of the store) is kinda slow, and understaffed.

Very nice ..well stocked store...some of the associates could stand to be more customer friendly. I asked one lady for help on locating an item...her responds was " on that aisle over there" my responds was what direction was there...she still didnt seem to care and just kept saying walk that way. Horrible and sad are the two words that come to mind.

There was a lot of people in check out but only one line open. I guess it was the manger or supervisor and another employee came up front and immediately started opening up other check outs and getting everyone taking care of. The supervisor even showed us how to get the coupon off line. Hobby lobby is always nice and helpful.

I need to schedule a GYN appointment for next week. I prefer mornings. My "who ha" has the morals of a man. This is quite a dilemma for me, as Im sure you understand. Also need to pick up some yarn and glue sticks while Im there. Thank you Dr. Lobby saving me a second trip to a craft store! Two birds one store what a time saver.

Great selection on tons of items and great prices. Stuff is always on sale. I have had good experiences every time I went, even with the framing dept. I also got some of my wedding stuff here. I agree that the front is usually kinda slow tho.

We had gone in to get a rectangular frame to hold 4x4 black and whites. Vincent cut us a lovely matte and put it altogether for us while we watched. Our project turned out looking nicer than we anticipated. Thank you Vincent.

Great place to shop for crafts and home diy projects. They have an amazing amount of cross stitch and puzzles. Painting items and scrapbooking materials. Freeway place to look selling and get ideas.

Store stock is awesome!! Better than other hobby lobbys in the local area... the staff however, less 2b desired...cashier was rude and acted like i was interrupting her day..
