Used to be AWESOME but lately things are priced like theyre new items. Prices have more than doubled in the last year. They sell broken electronics and now they changed their return policy and NO LONGER LET YOU RETURN ITEMS, regardless of the reason. Dont donate here, they are a retail store and have 100% profit on your items. They do NOT actually /help/ people. Donate to Salvation Army or local thrift stores instead, they actually use your donation to better your community.

Im always trying to go to thrift stores and Goodwill stores! I love thrift store shopping! This place is organized (decently anyways). Sometimes you even find name brand stuff in terrific shape or brand new. I dont like the color discount sell cause they only put some stuff on the middle of the floor and I wish theyd put all the red tags in a certain area. It would make it alot easier to skim threw and see what I like.

No very little name brand items priced more than a yard sale you can find better quality clothes at a yard sale for much less housewares was was worn out items furniture look like it needed to be in the burn pile staff was very friendly and courteous other than that all good items are shipped to be sold online dont waste your time if youre looking for Quality stuff at a cheap price here

Its huge, but they dont have much to offer. The clothing is not very high quality in comparison to the other Goodwill stores in the area (i.e. Ft. Campbell and Madison Street locations.) Though I will highlight that this specific location now supports Tap & Pay, which I find a good indicator that the store may be heading for the better. Well just have to wait and see.

Meh, its a Goodwill. Which isnt really a charity organization. You just give them your stuff for free and they sell it for a profit. But this one was bright and mostly clean. Had a good selection of holiday season items, including tree skirts and decorative dish towels.

Needmore location was a great choice and much easier to visit since living in the area. The store is very clean and the staff are very polite. I recommend the Needmore location but the other area are good also.

Wouldnt do a return even with receipt and within timeframe. Ive never donated to them since theyre a for-profit company and now Im done shopping there. Managers suck, terrible customer service

99 cents sale on clothing ever Friday! Now who could not like that. Love this place, always great customer service, good selection of furniture, clothes and more. My go to Goodwill for sure.
