I used to go here quite a bit, especially when the store first opened as the vintage selection was nice. Sadly though, as time passed, the store has had massive employee turnover, to a point where people being hired seem to not have much of a clue about anything other than current gaming and media. Games and controllers purchased were in poor shape, often not working, and overall I just stopped having a good experience to the point where I simply avoid this location. Its not worth the frustration of dealing with damaged goods and poor workers.

Always ALWAYS go to this place before FYE and Gamestop. I had a friend who brought 70 something regular DVDs and ended up with $170 store credit and got a good 15 blurays that he wanted. Ive never traded anything in at this store or its other locations but Ive bought some rare video game finds on the PSX and Gamecube there and Im extremely thankful. However always keep a open mind they run a business and pay to have a physical location and prices go up and down all the time!

I bought a game system and it didnt work, they replaced it but now the game dont work and my so was really looking forward to playing the game. Now we have to wait till 12 oclock to open so we can take the game back. They where nice but my experience was not good

Game X change has a nice setup but one thing I hate they have unbelievable prices like I saw 14 dollars for smackdown vs raw 2009 crazy and then 17 dollars for smackdown vs raw 2010 but yeah this place is Ight just not a lot of people go here

Watch the game covers. Oftentimes this place has their price tag displaying a proud, "$29.99" while an old Replays price tag in the corner still says something like "$19.99". Amazing no one thought of removing evidence of much better prices.

I really love this Place. I was thinking they only had games, But they have a big movie selection and game selection. They have a Everyday deal, buy 2 get 1 free. I love this. This is now where I get my movies

Huge collection of DVDs, games, vintage games and game accessories. Seem a little more expensive than Gamestop and dont have the range of more modern games but have been helpful whenever I have been in there.

Great prices with several choices for games! I also bought so many movies from them as well! They have a good warranty on the games and movies, but everything I bought from them worked like a charm!

This place is the best place to get old games for n64 to ps2 They also have new games and consoles too. I mean this place is way better then Replays when it comes to pricing and quality.

Bought 3 games from this place, on different visits to the store, and none of them work. We called them and they buffed the discs but the games still do not work. Waste of money.

Good customer service. Extremely large store compared to gamestop locations. Clean neat and organized. 90 day return policy!!!! About the same price as other game stores.
