The previous poster is off their rocker.. this is by far the best gamestop I have ever been to the store manager Dion is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with very amazing crew and they will bend over backwards to meet your needs and help you out.. A+ in my book miles ahead of the Freeport store they do like to joke around and have fun but that is part of the gamestop franchise and should be expected and welcomed

Lieing people say the sold out of the nitendo mini when i was the first customer in there there is no way u can sell it out the first day u have it befor your first customer when you cant take pre order so they got first pick and took them all absalute garbage your a game store u should be selling somthing to customers when you say your going to

Go to the Dekalb one or shop Amazon. The employees here are jerks who look at each other and smile if you dont understand their game lingo. I got a stabbing remark and an eye roll because I didnt know what "bits" are. GO ELSEWHERE!
