Unnecessary business place that over charges for everything. Quoted $56 to ship via USPS, after quoted $89 for their ground services for the same package. Went to the post office 100yds away and the same package was $36 to ship. Even pre paid shipping labels get over charged. They seem to tack on any charge they can after its been dropped off and claim it to be a "price adjustment", which is insane because theres no way to justify or agree on their decision. Avoid this place like the plague, third party shipping companies do not need to exist.

Four days before Christmas I walked in with a giant sack of presents (no, I am not Santa, just a procrastinator) to ship. I walked right up to the counter, and within minutes everything was packed, labeled and shipped. Great service--Ill be back.

Havent had any problems with ups stores until now. Very poor customer service, sarcastic tone from employees when asked where mail is since it was forwarded over 2 weeks ago and have not been received yet.
