I went to ship my Christmas packages on Saturday. The man at the counter was so rude because I didnt want to give him my phone and address to store in his system. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere that I didnt need his rudeness and he responded good I dont need this hassle. Now I have to find another place that is not convenient to ship my stuff! I called the 800 number on online and because its a franchise location I had to wait until Monday to call another number to make a complaint!!! Its a hassle to even make a complaint. I have never been treated so poorly by any sales associate ever! The way the man was acting I was afraid to give him my address and was afraid even if I let him ship my packages they might get there.

Went to ship a small box CD set to Canada, on 8/21/13 (12:36 PM), and specifically asked for a poly mailing bag so that I could spend 30 seconds to put the item in the bag, seal it, and attach the mailing label. The clerk gave me a blank stare and told me that he could package it for me at a cost of $4.00. I would have happily paid for the poly mailing bag, as I did not ask for (or want) packaging service. I asked again about UPS mailing package to use. Blank stare again. I hope the $4.00 is worth the loss in business after I blast you on social media.

Twice Ive tried to come to this place during posted business hours only to find them closed. The one time on the weekend it was more than 30 minutes before closing and the front door was locked and the guy working there was coming out and I said arent you open for another 30 minutes and he looked at me and hes like well Im closing early today. He locked up behind himself and walked away! Dont waste your time going here.

I paid $39.28 for next day air saver and they LOST my package! Sent is on Saturday to day is Monday and no one has any idea where my package is! I called and the guy on the phone was rude and said he had a line out the door and could not be bothered with my phone call.

Michael is more than fantastic. I move to Washington State from Florida. I came in like a "bag lady." This wonderful guy came out and loaded my stuff from the curb. The best service I have ever ever had. Keep up the good work...Michael. God bless you!

Called to get information about international shipping. 1st attempt guy answered and hung up right away. 2nd attempt got speak to someone. For about 25 seconds before I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. 3rd attempt same thing hold over 15 minutes.

Service is ok , but the owner or attendant opens up the store whenever they feel like , their hours are from 8am to 6pm , but They open anywhere from 8:15 to 9:00 , had to sit , wait and be late to work for their lack of punctuality ....

Rip offs stay away over charge for things they dont even put in with your package. Package was recieved with damage thanks to poor knowledge to pack something simple beware go to the ups on the south side by publix across from the cobb

What good is having hours of operation from 8am to 6:30pm, if at 8:41am the doors are still locked and no one is here for me to ship my package? What a big waste of my time...
