Not sure where Sebastian went, however, it seems as though he was not in THIS UPS Store. For one, it is not unreasonable to not have a spanish speaking employee in a retail store, and since you seem to speak english, I am not sure why you even bring that up. Alas, you cannot please everyone, and some people seem to look for reasons to complain. Secondly, every employee of this store, and the owner, have been nothing but friendly and helpful with me. When I opened my box with this store last year, I was not even in the state. Joe, the Manager, took time to help me via e-mail, and over the telephone, ensuring that I had everything properly set up to open a business in the state. When I arrived several months later, finally meeting him face to face, I quickly felt that this was a friendship as well as a business relationship. Every employee in this location, is helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all, friendly. I have dealt with several UPS Store locations over the years, as a small-business owner, in Colorado, Michigan, and here in Florida. This location sets itself apart by offering superb service, as well as having a clean, inviting location. Highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone, even if you have to drive a bit further, you will be glad you did.

Excellent service by I believe it was Britney, so glad to have found you this place wow if I would have known how close you guys where to that horrible place ups store of champions gate ... wow night and day! No bullying or rudeness kudos guys will be back and will refer! Special thanks to Brit she even gave me a 10% off after the terrible treatment I was used to by the other store! Its nice to be treated like a paying customer and not forced to buy there packing or else! Take care guys will bring all my packages to u from now on!

Poor service and totally disorganized. Do not have anyone who speaks Spanish nor could help me, that I did not know what was a print label. I had to use a computer that did not work and the manager asks me if I know how to use a computer. For your information I know how to use it and how to write a bad review in Google and also is as reporting store at UPS. If you are looking for service the customer go to another store where will receive better service.

I find mail and shipping can be a huge challenge when travelling or vacationing. Parcel delivery is made easy using this UPS store. The Staff here do a fantastic job holding it all together and do it with patience and a smile. Of course there can be a wait at busy times, but thats expected when 10 people walk in ten minutes! Whats important is how trustworthy and helpful they are. I am always pleased with the personal service they give here.

Had to get the special fingerprinting done here. The ladies were very nice and helped me quickly! I would recommend this place for sure! Took only 10 minutes for the thing I did but probably about that time or less for a package. Saw them help everyone quickly and with a smile.

Staff at this location are phenomenal. I used to own a mail box here and I have never had any trouble. Ben and Brenda are fun people, and everyone else that works here is friendly. Also the prices for services are a lot cheaper than FedEx, and they can do a lot more for you too.

Just because this store does not speak Spanish does not mean they dont provide or try to provide good service. Youre in the US....learn English. Ive always received friendly and helpful service here and receive great advice on shipping when I need it.
