UPS as a whole has been absolutely terrible to me but this store helps relieve the pain a bit. I meet a polite and efficient staff every time I have to go there to pick up the packages that UPS fails to deliver to my doorstep as paid for, which is all of them, unlike USPS or even my nemesis: FedEx. 4/5 for this store. 1/5 for UPS in general.

I completely disagree with the previous reviewers. I had my wedding invitations printed here and they did a beautiful job. Emily even helped with the formatting and caught a small typo. They were prompt, friendly, professional and 20% cheaper than office max. This is my 3rd visit to this UPS and I consistently very happy with their service.

This is a family run business that does not know the first thing about customer service. The mother is just out right rude. They lost my package and had the audacity to blame me. They are under staffed and cannot support the areas need. If you have a high valued product do not use this store.
