My fiance and I have had a great experience with SBR. We first purchased bikes for the both of us and found Jacob to be extremely helpful and patient in finding a good fit for my fiance. We both left with bikes we really are enjoying. Tom and Emily helped tremendously on a follow-up visit for running shoes. We found them both to be knowledgeable and friendly and they really took their time finding the right shoe and fit. For our outdoor activity needs, well definitely be going to SBR first.

I purchased an older used bike on Craigslist and have been riding for about 2 months when I "broke" my bikes rear deraileur. The guys at SBR found the problem was caused by a bad shifter cable - not the apparent bent derailleur and fixed me up good as new for a very fair price. I was very pleased with the experience and Ill be back for any future needs.

Perfect bike shop. Clean, well laid out, with a personable staff. Also, a wide range of bicycle styles. I came in with an unusual problem and they fixed it in a flash and taught me the trick to fixing it myself. I left with a bag of goodies because the prices were so good. What more could you want?

Excellent. I call one day and asked them if they could take a paddle off my bike. They said no problem come on in. They help me is 5 minutes. I also bought a handle bar extention that they put on. They were so helpful and nice I will definitely go bad. Everything is now set up perfectly on my bike.
