The studio is kept squeaky clean and everything is sanitized very thoroughly. Its also very well organized and inviting. The artists are all awesome to be around and are happy to help you figure out what kind of design you want. I always appreciate it when the artist is open to ideas but can also get creative. The portfolios of the artists are on display, which helps you decide whose style you personally vibe with the best. Of course, its great to talk to them and get a feel for how they operate. Ive gone to Hero Tattoo for my two sleeves because Heath pays a lot of attention to detail, enjoys the styles we discussed, and explains the process very well. I recommend checking them out if youre in the area.

This is the only place I get my tattoo from. I’ve had 6 tattoos done by Mike or Jeff. The work is phenomenal, pricing is very fair, and the shop is very relaxed and easy going. Lots of pictures of work to see and guidance from professional artists to help you visualize and achieve the best possible tattoo for you that will look great for years to come. I’ve been going here for 10 years and will be back soon!

Ive had work done by Randy many times at the Myrtle Beach location, and its always phenomenal work. Today I had a chest piece done by Mike Lee for my newborn son, and he did an equally amazing job. Every piece Ive had done at Hero has been exactly what I wanted, with the artists unique touch. I love the script work that Mike did today, and Ill definitely be back soon.

Everyone was super nice. I got my first tattoo there and Randy was very patient with me. He did exactly what I asked and my tattoo looks great. They got us in fast and everything was clean. Would totally get another tattoo from them, if I ever go back to Myrtle Beach.
