I got a tattoo there about a year ago. The tattooo is now all smudgy and blurred. Tonight I called in to check to see what time they close. Guy tells me they close at 10, which displayed on their door says 11, and it was 9:15. We asked about getting a basic piercing on one earlobe and was told they stopped piercing at 9:30. So we drive there and pull up at 9:35 which takes about 15-20 minutes to drive there from my house. The door is locked and he is staring at us. He comes to the door and says "whats up?" Told him I just called prior about the piercing and he said everything was put away and the paperwork as well which would need to be filled out. I told him we drove all that way and we have the money and the piercing so he just needed the needle and he just shrugged. He didnt care that he lied and turned down the money we were going to pay him for putting a hole in the most basic skin. Never going there EVER again. I recommend you dont go there ever either. I went there prior with my friend to get a small, basic tattoo on him and it was 9:15 again and they were all sitting on the couch staring and said "were closed" when it clearly closed later, like it says on the door 11 PM!!

i came here a few weeks ago to get my belly button pierced and it was hands-down one of the most painful experiences ive dealt with. the dude who pierced me didnt even know the bottom ball of the piercing doesnt unscrew, until after he shoved the needle through my stomach. after this point you could tell he was sort of panicking. he, then, tried NOT ONLY shoving the piercing through the fresh hole, but he decided to pierce me a second time going the opposite direction which made my toes curl.he didnt wipe off the piercing afterwards nor did he go over the after-care instructions with me. i called twice and their was no solution found other than to go back down to their shitty ass shop and have them look at it. as if thats really reassuring after my first experience. after consistently cleaning and taking care of the piercing, it still ended up infected because it wasnt pierced properly which in turn would make it difficult to heal properly. i have my nipples pierced and this belly-button piercing hurt me 10x worse without a doubt in my mind.

This place is absolutely the lowest of the low in regards to tattoo and piercing shops in all of buffalo and its surrounding areas. All of the tattoo artists are scratchers and have no idea how to do anything other than the 20 year old flash they have velcroed on their walls. The only redeeming factor of this entire place is the female piercer they have. all the other piercers theyve had in the past were completely inexperienced and it beyond me how they ever even became a piercer, it was like they pierced blindfolded. My sister got her tongue pierced their a few years ago and had to go to the ER the night she got it and have it removed because they pierced it wrong and it was gushing blood. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES UP THE STREET.

Had to get everything I had done there re done somewhere else. If your gonna pick something off a wall like an idiot you probably dont have the internet and wont be reading this anyways so good luck. But if you have any respect for your body you wont go there for real. And if you met the owner of this place trust me you wouldnt get tattooed here. They talk like idiot cave men. Any place that takes payment up front knows they do garbage work. The clientele that goes there is all disgusting minorities and 17 year olds. Save yourself having to get your tat redone.

I got my first tattoo done here and my last. I will NEVER step back into Hard Core ever again. All i got done was a simple barn star and the ines arent straight, the points dont come together they "color" out of the lines, and it faded after just 2 months. I would recommend that nobody get a tattoo done here. They say they do at least 40 tattoos a day but out of the 40 maybe only 1 is half way descent. This is the worse place I ever went to to get my tats done.

Got my nose pierced 2 days ago it was very painful experience. I have other piercings so I didnt think this one would hurt so bad. Nose was bleeding off and on for a good hour and now the ring is starting to sink in cuz its too small and my nose is swelling. I called back to explain what was going on the guy acted like he didnt care and just hung up the phone. I should of went to the shop I usually went to. Will never return back to hardcore again.

You will never find anyone happy with a tattoo from hardcore they seriously are the worst. I cant stress this enough. Yes I made the review below this too. But clearly they padded their reviews with good ones so Ill give some honest ones! That place is disgusting the work is meant to be done fast not right and you will be disapointed. Half of them are drug users (meth, crack) the other half want to be black. Its embarassing. WORST SHOP IN TOWN!!!

Great group of people, they dont make you feel like just a customer, but more like friends!!! They have tattoo artists with 10+ yrs experience, along with a 12+yrs piercer that had been piercing since 2001!!! They are very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to their work. They try to make every experience fun for you!!! Highly recommend them. Quality work at s great price!!!

Said they couldnt do tongue piercing. I went to styling tattoo (A++++) & they said there was noting wrong with my tongue and I had enough room for 2 vertical tongue piercings. They are very cheap so Id stick to simple ear piercings. The guy that pierced my monroe is no longer there& I bled completely down my face because the jewelry fell out the first time .

I loved getting my first tattoo there. They made me feel safe and at home. I watched the tattooest clean and open everything in front of me. They asked me multiple times if the outline was good before they started. They gave me aftercare tips and they were very friendly. I will 100% recondmend hardcore tattoo to friends and family.

Dan "fat boy" is a phenomenal artist! Hands down! Had to draw my letters twice before starting and wasnt inconvenienced a bit. Made sure everything was lined up perfect and that I was comfortable with everything before starting. He did an outstanding job and it was done in a timely manner. I will be going back often! I got a tattoo there years ago by one of of their "artists" named Lirch. BIG mistake. Blown out lines, shakey lines, weird shadows that didnt make sense. The tattoo was a basic traditional cross. Needless to say I spent about $250 on a cover up after that. I dont know whos there now, but if you see Lirch...RUN

You wonder why they go through piercers every other week?! Thats because they have no idea what theyre doing, and are putting absolute garbage jewelry in your body! Any shop that tells you that they "think" something is normal, or that theyre "not sure" what that oozing means should be put out of business!
