My husband and I spend a great deal of time and money in this location but it doesnt seem to matter. The associates are rude and not helpful at all. The individuals that work with the contractors desperately need training in customer service. Specifically today, my husband asked Tami if he could leave some items to pick them up tomorrow since it was raining. She responded with "I dont care what you do with it" and walked off. If there was anywhere else in this area to get materials we would gladly go there than spend another dime at this location, but since there are none we are stuck with this awful excuse for a store.

Came to this Home Depot to purchase 6ffx8ft dogear fence panel. The price in front of the stack of fence panels showed $28-29. I went to register to purchased 4 of these panels and the associated said that they had the wrong price displayed. She said that they would be $10 more per panel. It werent my fault that they had the wrong price displayed and they didnt even try to show any interest in adjusting the price to what was displayed. ILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO ANY HOME DEPOT EVER. Matter of fact, I went to Lowes and bought the extra $500 that I had planned to spend. Hello LOWES, you got 100% of my business!!!!!!!!

They say they OPEN AT 6 am BUT they dont have any cashiers til 8am and the skeleton crew they do have at that time are ALL STOCKING and extremely slow to help!! I was asked to wait while they finished stocking then was told they couldnt help....I waited and waited to get that answer! I also wanted appliance service BUT they will only work on appliances u buy there.... I will NEVER EVER WASTE MY TIME GOING THERE ESPECIALLY AT 6am!!!

The employees and management went above and beyond helping with a tile situation after Hurricane Matthew. Check out their wood image tile! I always loved this Home Depot anyway and could spend hours there; yet, knowing how they support their commitment to the customer says it all for me.

Every time I go to Home Depot I get an argument about my military VETERAN ID on my state licence. Only way you can get a VETERAN printed on licence is to present your DD214 HONORABLE DISCHARGE papers to the RMV. Looks like Lowes is the way to shop.

The people here are always so helpful. I also love the sales on DeWalt tools. They always seem to have the best sale prices if you can wait. The garden center is amazing also. Im always buying tools and supplies.

Online order with in store pickup is great. When in doubt, search the smartphone to locate aisle and bay location of most products. Faster and easier than asking for assistance.
