I disagree with rating regarding staff. Their staff has been very helpful to me. True, they are very busy at times so they are pushed to the limit but when I really needed help more than once they stepped forward and did well. One cashier went out of her way one time when she thought I could get a better deal and searched through their flyers and saved me $15.00.

Definitely a great tool store. Staff is always been very helpful. When theyre extremely busy it can be a little harder to get help, but what can you expect when youre getting tools for some of the prices they sell them for. Otherwise its a great place to go and get reasonably priced tools.
