Humble Traveler

Its so nice. Pricey, but for the moments youre in there you feel like an stable uper-middleclass person we all strive to be and not like the dirty, poor college student I am, who subsist off nothing but soda, QT, and instant raman. The classical music removes you from your memories of your previous night of stress vomiting and dryly sobbing on your bathroom floor and deposits you into a ritzy lifestyle of finer things. Free coffee samples allow you to entertain a reality where buying a bag wouldnt be a trade off for eating that week or putting gas in your car. Wonderful smells wholly removed from the odours of your small cat pee stained apartment. Its good.

Today I was waiting in the deli line. I had been there 4-5 minutes along with two other women. Along comes a man and walks right up and orders. No one said anything. The girl behind the counter knew we had been there waiting. Also, the people who work behind the deli counter and very rude. I stood there one day for several minutes while they just stood back there talking and laughing. It just makes you not want to ever go back and I wont for a while, then I kind of forget about it and go back and something else bad happens. But I think this was my last time at Fresh Market.

I love this store! the employees are super helpful and always very patient with me - I have three chilren 3 and under, so checking out can become a bit of a thing... Every time Im walking the store around waiting to be served at the meat department, I see an employee helping someone or working hard to keep products neat and stocked. Im so impressed! Im there at least two to four times per month and Ive always had a great experience! Thank you, Fresh Market, for making something so necessary also so pleasant!

Definitely the place to go to get locally fresh foods. Everyone is helpful. Some things you can buy, by the pound/ ounce. Just like the name, everything is fresh and youre able to tell it. The lighting in the store is really dim, so when coming in from a sunny day, it may take your eyes a little while to adjust. They also have meal deals, where you buy suggested foods that they have listed on a little sale paper with a recipe, with one flat cost. Great ideas, and the taste is always good.

Unhappy that they no longer carry in bulk the bourbon pecan pralines. Also do not like that there are No bags for bulk coffee. Have to use plastic bags for nuts. NUTS! They seem to be moving backwards. Like the customer service but when registers each have a line 6 deep is NOT the time to have a reunion. Lost time is beginning to outweigh benefits. Not sure how much longer I will take the time to shop here!

I really love the Fresh Market. Deli baked goods are really wonderful here, and they have all kinds of coffees, teas, snacks, vegetables, flowers, meats, olives, et al. Many of the wonderful things at the Fresh Market, you will not see in a regular grocery store. I made a 35 minute drive just other day to get buy the deli made Croutons. Wish I had one in my town. The customer service is always good for me there.

Biggest Fresh Market Ive ever been to. Huge selection. Fantastic bakery. Prices are definitely high, but quality of the food is great. Love the produce section, too. And one of the few grocery stores these days where you buy all your meat from a counter. Very fresh and unique selection. Worth a visit, even if to just walk around and check out what they have. Dont miss the bulk candy area!

I love the Fresh Market but this location is the worst I have ever experienced. The staff was NOT friendly or helpful at all. The store was a mess and needed to be cleaned. When I choose to shop here over Whole Foods or Earth Fare, I expect better service and presentation. This store could use new management and a new staff that is friendly and helpful to customers.

Great meat and fish selection. Produce is often rotting in gross water and many things on their shelves spoil (Ive seen up to a month over the expiration date). Brought a spoiled yogurt product back (expired a MONTH before I purchased) and they refused reimbursement but went a pulled all spoiled product. Poor customer service.

I bought $150 in groceries and when I got home the stem of the grapes looked as if they were old and the $16 in cherries look terrible. I waited for a long time at the meat counter too. I would rather shop at Whole Foods for the price because the quality of the produce is much better.

A friend and I split a massive grocery bill here to bring a group of our friends a legendary, memory-making cookout. Perfect destination for a menu of fresh meats, veg, and cheeses. Good selection of beer and kombucha. Dont miss the aromatic coffee served from airpots inside!

I have been going to the Fresh Market for the past 25 years or so. In my opinion you cannot find a more consistant, wonderful variety of things to eat and drink anywhere else. The Filet Mignon alone is worth the trip, and the coffee doesnt hurt either. I give them a 5!!

I generally like this store, especially its coffee and seafood sections. Also the olive bar. The produce section often has some great specials. But Ive had experiences similar to those of bandggeddie at the deli section; very annoying at times.

This is the best place to buy groceries in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. I love the free samples of coffee, bread, and bakery. The people that work there are always helpful and so friendly! I wish I had a reason to shop there every week!

The products here are always fresh and of excellent quality. The white wine chicken breast from the hot food section is delicious! The friendly and courteous service makes the shopping experience very enjoyable. Love coming here.

Yes Fresh Market has great selections of fresh meat, produce, and harder to find items, but the best thing about Fresh Market is the coffee. There are so many bulk coffee choices, flavored or not. This is a java lovers heaven!

The Fresh market is GREAT !! One complaint that I have is that they start putting food away WELL before closing time ! If i run in 15 minutes before they close the store , I am limited to what I can buy. NOT GOOD !!

Would be nice if they had more then one person working the meat counter in the morning. 3 people in front of me, and all buying their weekly meat/seafood. After 15 min I left and went to NY butcher.

Bunches of leaf lettuce varieties Had Browning stalks....Food pricier Than most food stores. Avacadoes Over priced and over ripe. Nice Store but do not shop there regularly.
