Went to return a dress for my mother and I was taken back by the raunchy bad attitude of the store clerk whom I cant name because she had no identifying name tag visible. Her absence name tag obviously was in the same undisclosed location as her personality, customer service skills and ability to verbally communicate with the human race. Long story short.....The dress was not returned and I left there feeling like I had committed a criminal act or sinned before God Himself. I was humiliated and belittled by the clerk to the point of no return.

Go to the one Im Cherrydale. Im a size 2xl/3xl (22-24) and I have never had such bad luck finding something to wear. The store almost seemed empty. You could push the clothes clear across the rack and stack everything in one third of the racks. I love Ross but the one in Cherrydale is way better. In the entire store I found a shirt and a couple of ill fitting dresses and ended up leaving with nothing. If youre slender you may have better luck than me.

Not a fan. I love discount shopping. We frequent Marshalls, TJ Maxx and outlets, but this store was not laid out well and people were generally trashy and rude. I found super cheap dresses ($6.99 - $19.99) but didnt want to take the time to find the dressing room.

Horrible management. They never answer the phone when you try to call. I called today and my phone rang for 2 minutes straight with no answer. I will be calling corporate and informing them of my experience.

Clean and organized, clothing is well stocked but less on the home and kitchen good. They dont have enough staff on cash on sunday.
