Iv been a frequent shopper at this place for 2 years. They used have quality products but now they sell overpriced products that break within a month. Recently bought a "nice" rig for $180 that literally just fell apart while I was lighting it 19 days after the date of purchase. I never dropped it, broke it etc and clean my rig thoroughly once a week. When I told the manager about the incident and showed him the pictures, he literally said "too bad" and offered me a messily 10% discount on my next rig. They are a bunch of low life con artists

This is my favorite shop in the area. They have a wide selection to choose from and they can offer tons of advise about what you need. They work with you to get what youre looking for. The staff are friendly and the place has a more chill vibe than other places Ive been. Not sure why other reviewers say their stuff breaks easily because the pieces weve bought have lasted and the products always work the way they say they will.

I came one day to check out their varieties and bought cigars. I do not recommend buying cigars here, most are dry and stale and when I ask for a fresh they comply saying of course but when receive on purchase they were stale and hard as a rock. I wanted to right away swap out at least but they refuse saying no returns with a smart ass attitude. I rate 1 star because poor customer service, probably will not come back again.

The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I have recently had an issues with a vape I purchased. The warranty will take about 2 months for me to receive it. In the mean time the staff had steered me in the direction of another vape 100% affordable. I will always do business here and you should too. They have great prices on juices and equipment. Stop by and ask for frank, hell help you out.

If there was anything you needed help with , had a question about or just wanted to converse in depth about anything, they were there with the answer you were looking for. All of their products were cutting edge and they have everything at least a week or more before their competitors, respectively. Always a pleasure to visit with these guys.

Sean is the man to go to...He was the most helpful person I ever met in retail. I went in looking for a hookah, found one for the best price and he gave me a 10% military discount for being a vet. He broke down the assembly for me and found me a box. THE BEST SHOP IN COLUMBIA.......ask for sean or ro, and be treated like family... definitely going back

check out other shops in area first... most employees r nic. However, dont catch one on a bad day! they sell samples with less(g) and charge same price.. some nasty attitudes. well.. one! other shops have same products and great prices as well.. nice shop, but not worth attitude issues,,, not informative at all... FYI

i am an out of towner. i was met with friendly, knowledgeable staff that went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. i was in and out in 10 minutes because they had exactly what i needed, not that i couldnt stay in there looking for hours. thanks High Life Columbia! you have a return customer here :)

Every product I have purchased there has broken within a week of purchase. Instead of being helpful the staff try to make you feel stupid like its your fault their products are cheaply made. I will forever recommend my friends look elsewhere for their needs. Terrible staff.

Would have given full stars but the place was packed with one clerk and we felt like we had to hurry and make purchases and not ask questions about products. Went in wanting to spend $200...came out spending $50...and it was so hot in there. Beautiful shop however!!

Great big selection of pieces to choose from, more than Purple Haze or Natural Vibrations nearby. The shopkeeper was very friendly and helpful, he helped us find what we were looking for and explained how to fix our hookah from Purple Haze.
