I had purchased an order over the telephone with the University Floral & Gifts after browsing their website to figure out what bouquet I wanted. This business is associated with Teleflora, so I would expect that what I would receive would be similar to what is displayed on the website. The first bouquet my boyfriend went to receive was the wrong bouquet all together and was not ready when promised. I was able to view the flowers through picture, so this is how I knew that what he got was incorrect. I called the shop and they told me to have him bring it back, and they would fix it. He was given an extremely rushed, horribly put-together arrangement that still did not match the arrangement I ordered for him. I spoke to the head florist who told me "I do not care what is on the picture! I am an artist and I am good at what I do!" The florist told my boyfriend after the 3rd time he had to go back to the shop that he did not have all of the flowers in the picture, so he obviously knew the customers expectation of Teleflora was to receive what was seen on the website but failed to say anything the other two times my boyfriend had gone down there to fix this problem. The florist proceeded to mock me in front of my boyfriend about how I would not make a dent in his business when I demanded a full refund because he had another business down the road, in fact, he sarcastically gave my boyfriend his card to the other shop. I am an EXTREMELY upset customer! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

OMG! I wish I could give a negative number of stars! This lady is unbelievably rude. She answered her phone, "hello" and then after confirming that I called the correct number, I said the name of the company I was calling from she immediately cut me off and said "Were not interested, dont call here anymore, BYE!" When I called back to tell her that I was calling to get floral arrangements for a banquet but that I would get them from a different florist, she then more politely said that she thought I was a debt collector. (like that makes her appear any better) Once again when I told her I was going to call someone else and she instantly got rude again.

Bought flowers from this shops Alafaya store. Flowers were partially dead the next day. Owner refused to take care of the problem. Would not refund money after bouquet was returned complete. I would not recommend doing business with Mr. Bandaly Avdella and his shop. Very dubious business practices. We are now out $89.00!! and no flowers.
