After my arrival at the Orando International Airport, my brother, sister, mother and I decided to have something for lunch at this Cracker Barrel near the airport. We were shown to a table close to the entrance of the dining room after you pass through the gift shop area, since my mother was using her walker. As you enter you are immediately aware of the home atmosphere and the walls are adorned with old advertisements and memorabilia from a bygone era when prices were very low. Within a few minutes we were greeted by a friendly and polite Haitian-born, now American waitress who answered our questions about the foods on the menu, and she carefully and promptly served us and brought us exactly what we had ordered. (We ate the daily lunch specials that were only $5.99.) My meatloaf came with mashed potatoes and gravy and one side dish. I chose a small cucumber, cherry tomato and onion salad. It was very tasty, and we all had similarly delicious choices and we were delighted to have a wonderful waitress. I told her I had visited Haiti several times. She said that on some days this Cracker Barrel also served a popular Haitian seafood dish called lambi (conch). When finished, we left a generous tip because the waitress really deserved it, and then we walked through the gift shop before heading outside to the front porch where we sat in wooden rocking chairs for a few minutes before heading to our car. Cracker Barrel is a great restaurant to eat in, and it has a wide variety of home-style meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is good for children and adults, and I love the unpretentious country atmosphere.

Store visit: Saturday 1/9/16 I’m a black African American. I walked in and nobody greeted me. The cashier completed ignored me. I’m not saying because I’m black but she didn’t even acknowledge me. The person that brought it out, which I think was the manger explained everything I had which was very professional. The food was horrible. I ordered the Cracker Barrel sample which has honey pork slice ham, chicken and dumplings, and meatloaf. The sides with turnip greens, hash brown casserole, and macaroni with cheese. The pork = salty Meatloaf = eeeeeehhh Chicken dumplings = no no no Turnip greens = they were alright Mac and cheese = commercialized Hash brown casserole = didn’t like it I paid 10.11 for the whole thing. I threw it all away. It has been 15 years since i went to cracker barrel and know I know why I waited so long to go back. Nasty.

Good food selection for those who enjoy comfort foods. Sweet potato casserole was good, but they couldve been a little more generous with the nuts. Shrimp platter was filling, and kids burger was crispy and dry. The french toast didnt really taste like french toast. Syrup is amazing, so are the butter and biscuits. Cornbread muffins were dry, though. French fries were good, mac n cheese got cold fast, and mashed potatoes were hard. Their new campfire meal was incredibly tasty. Service was excellent, the waiter checked on us often. Overall, great place, and Id recommend to all.

Cracker Barrel is one of a kind! First you walk into their country store, where you can browse and purchase ALL kinds of candy, clothing, toys, cookbooks, seasonal decor, jewelry, etc. Then after shopping you can go into the restaurant and have some REAL southern comfort food. This place has a nice old timey vibe, which I love! Dont forget to ask for the biscuits and cornbread BEFORE your meal so you can chow down before they bring your meal out (try the black berry jelly ) I will enjoy eating here for the rest of my life :) Their hashbrown casserole is a must!

Brend C ... worlds worst waitress she is so concerned about not making extra trips that the first thing she asked us for was our order then we couldnt get her to bring up biscuits before our breakfast because that would take her an extra trip... And she wasnt that busy I watched her walk around the restaurant several times doing nothing! I cant remember the last time I didnt tip at least 20% but I didnt tip anything today Find a new career Brenda C ### Suckywaitress Food was excellent too bad the service SUCKED!

Huge let down, breakfast ruined my day! Received raw un-cooked bacon. My hash browns tasted like month old grease. I also received pancakes that were made from left over batter full of holes and thin like paper. Stay away from here the manager didnt even have time to talk to me he was in a rush tending to other issues going on. Shouldnt have this kind of issue from such a place. There food quality control was non-existent. The waitress took like 10 minutes to take our order once we were seated as well.

I love myself some Cracker Barrel but this visit they some how heard "2 orders of hashbrown casserole" when I actually ordered eggs in a basket with my eggs over medium, bacon and hashbrown casserole. The rest of the families order was correct but they brought me only 2 sides of the HB casserole. They did say they were sorry and brought me a side of toast and charged me for kids meal. Really? A side of toast and still charged me? What ever. I will continue to visit CB bit not this location.

If your looking for a delicious home cooked meal, Cracker Barrel is your place. Breakfast, lunch or dinner; their menu has the best variety with the most reasonable pricing around. While your waiting for your meal to be served, enjoy a little shopping in their unique gift store. Such a wonderful place to shop & dine. If you happen to stop by when its a little busy, no worries, kick back & relax in one of their comfortable rockers or play a old fashioned game of checkers outside on their porch!

Quan is AWESOME! My family was a party of 9 on a super busy Sunday morning and our waiter was QUAN. Quan was one of the best waiters that I have ever had. He dealt with my entire family beautifully and remembered everything while working with 3 other big tables simultaneously. He was efficient, personable, funny, and very caring. This is one of the best "Cracker Barrels" in Orlando.

Slow service and bad decisions by hosting staff. We were a party of 7 placed on a 4 top where 1 of us had to sit in the aisle. Lots of mismatched tables like that. Service was slow...hard to fault the server for failing to keep our beverages filled when the table was so ridiculously overcrowded, but even when asking for a refill it took too long.

The customer service was horrible, my wife received her food 1 hour after I started eating, and we both ordered at the same time. When I complained the waiter simply answered that she could take it home and eat it later. After complaining to management we received the whole meal on the house which was the least they could do after what happened.

If it was possible to give less than a star, I would. The waitress was rude, the food was disgusting, not even the drinks tasted right. Obviously old sweet tea, and soda with hardly any syrup. The only thing that made this trip worth it was the hot waiter Sean, who wasnt even our server, but it was still fun to watch him from the next section.

Terrible service, restaurant was not crowded, food took over an hour to come out of the kitchen, side salad was never served, drinks arrived with no ice! What is going on at this place? If I could award no stars, I would. I love the store, but am less inclined to choose Cracker Barrel because of bad restaurant experiences!
