I went in to have a cell phone fix. When the associate told me my phone couldnt be fix, thats when I stated I needed a immediately. He then said he could sale me his phone, which was a Samsung s7 edge. I said, cool how much? He charge me $460 plus tax. Let alone the deal was under the table, meaning not making a purchase from the store, but from him. We discuss the services and everything. He told me I can use tmobile or cricket wireless. I choose tmobile which I never tried them. I tried the service and it didnt work out very well. I went back to store to request refund for device because it was bad service in my area. He then told me he can give it, but he has to go to bank. I told him the service is bad, which he failed to give me knowledge about the service when trying to sell it. I told him I have a big family I need a phone with great service. The service provider I want to deal with dont take this device because its not under their network. Before he sold it he said I can use this device under any network . He then hesitated to explain why he couldnt give my $496 or not offer my credit or anything. I told him since I used a charge card, they could cancel the order but he refused to do it. He told me his manager dont like to handle business in a certain way because he dont want to pay royalty fees for his franchise business. I told him your doing a shady business, we exchange words. Then I left. Let alone, he the manager of the store. He wanted me to pay cash and meet him to give him funds. Never gave me a receipt, never discuss store policy or anything in that nature. I advise anyone not do do business at this location because their unprofessional when it comes to doing business. I never got my money back for a phone I cant use. He never gave me any information when I can expect a refund. I had to spend extra unnecessary money for another device from somewhere else. Im out of $496, which I felt he rob me off by withholding information when trying to sell it.

Terrible service for my visit. Promised work would be done within an hour and half, took four and half hours. When I got my iPad back they left a sharp jagged edge on frame that should have been and could have been easily filed down for safety. Staff seemed unknowledgeable and quick to make promise they could not uphold. Would recommend people go to Saturn Pkwy location instead. Very dissatisfied.

These guys were absolutely phenomenal! I spilled water on my phone and had lines all over the screen. I came in and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Screen looks absolutely brand new. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend to anyone who has cell phone repair needs! You guys are the best!

Dealt with three separate staff members and who appeared to be the owner. All were polite and explained my issue clearly, including explaining exactly how another repair place broke an interior piece. If I lived here, Id come in for any IPhone issues.
