I was having problems with 3 of the major carriers telling me one thing and finding out that there was always a catch which cost me more and I felt hopeless until I saw the i-tech commercial so I wanted to see if they where for real and this time is asked all the questions . Jose was/is @5 great he has been most helpful and clear in ensuring my understanding about my service and also the many services I-tech offers to its customers . I will recommend I-tech to anyone who is not happy with their present service to consider I-tech talk withJose @ 5points or your other offices for their needs or services. Thanks

iTech Connections was amazing. Cheapest price I could find for a screen replacement and the service was practically instant. Within 15 minutes of dropping off my phone I received a call saying it was repaired. Also, great discounts for local students in the area. The ONLY place to go for quality service and phone repairs.

Avoid this place Its no longer iTech Solutions!!! They will fix your iPhone screen with a extremely cheap one. The touch wont work. The are scams DO NOT GO HERE! Apple said that whoever "fixed" my phone knew nothing they were doing. If I could give less than a star I would. They must pay for those other reviews

Walked in at 3:52 with a shattered phone . walked out at 5:00 with a perfect phone. Cheaper than MR. PC and Verizon. Faster than both of them. Awesome staff! Down to earth and extremely proficient! If I ever had another broken device , Im coming here!
