This Forever 21 in particular is HORRIBLE! Visited again last week hoping for a change, seeing that other Forever 21s are awesome. The prices are directed towards the tourists. Ive been to Forever 21 stores in multiple states and 2 others in SC and this by far is the worst when it comes to prices and inventory (not much to offer). The clothes that are there are nice but overly priced. I have items from another Forever 21 that has buy one get one sales, and a whole half of a department store thats strictly CLEARANCE where almost every item is $6.99...then I went to the Charleston location and the same items are marked up for $20 to almost $40. What gives? Even in high-cost-of-living Alaska, the prices are dirt cheap. If there has to be a Forever 21 location with high prices for the tourists downtown, then so be it but there also needs to be a location for the Charleston natives with lower prices given the quality of the clothes...Tanger, Citadel or Northwoods mall would be a great location. Never going to the downtown Charleston location again. Major RIP OFF...not to mention there was at least 10 people in line, at least 6 ppl behind the counter (talking and standing around) and only 1 register open..REALLY?

Shopping with my daughter snd stumble upon a youg afican american trying to bite off the security tag off a pocket book if front of me no shame. I report it several times and told that the woman has to walk out of the store with the item. PS wearing s Scothman tag on her shirt. and two different socks as well as black crocks. What a society we live in. SICKNING.

The employees are nice, its just sometimes you cant tell whose an employee or not. But I think thats the case at most F21 stores. I wish they would keep the same clothing items together or least close to each other. A lot of the clothes are sometimes damaged, so check the clothing item before you buy it, especially if its final sale bc you cant return it.

First of all, the "help" is of NO help! They will not take an outfit off of a mannequin. Second of all, when my daughter left her costa sunglasses on the counter the clerk let the next customer steal them while she watched!!!!! This was viewed by charleston city police. Hire some people who know retail. To sell your inexpensive clothes.

The worst in store experience of my life. I ended up leaving what I was going to purchase & walked out. The rudiest staff who will not only not help you, but theyll also yell at you are unknowingly standing in the wrong line.

The clothes are everywhere and there is not a distinct assortment to their clothes. The floors are dirty and covered with dust bunnies. The staff is very helpful when it comes to trying to find a specific clothing idem.

They dont have 21+ at this store. I think this should be required at all the forever21 stores.
