Heard about Ross down in Florida, Moved up here to Roanoke and found that there was one less than 5 miles from my home. Literally went there twice the first week up here. Love the selection and the staff. The security guard in Florida could be a little over bearing however the Ross here in Roanoke has a great rotation of security and they can be quite helpful as well as very friendly.

I visited the store for the first time this week. I found the mens work pants not available. There was one highly unmotivated employee and the store seemed quite bare. It appears to me this store could be a whole lot better.. Ive worked retail 20 years "ie" Burlington Coat Factory in the past, I dont believe this store will last long.

My favorite store, but one time i had lost my keys there and came back to get them and the loss prevention woman was very rude and acted like she didnt want to give me my keys even after I told her what kinda car I drove, after arguing with her she finally gave them to me.

Ok but lines are long and loss prevention people will follow you the whole time your shopping didnt really bother me to much just weird to have someone follow you around while you shopping for no reason.

I called to ask if they carried mens soccer cleats in size 11.5 and the sales clerk refused to assist. "Just come and look for yourself!" What awesome customer service!
