I somehow ended up with $700 on my BR credit card that some guy charged in CA on the same day I signed up for the card. BR was not helpful in clearing up the matter. The amount was not removed until 6 months later. Until then, I received bills for this amount every month and had to call them to delay the payment until the amount was removed through their "process".

Staff is helpful, friendly, and approached within a few moments of walking in to talk about sale items. For such a big store, though, selection isnt great.

Not a big store but it has a good selection in the two floors dedicated to women. Only one floor for men but it is pretty common I guess
