Someone stole my purse out of my cart as I was turned around, and the security made think they would help me by looking at the cameras, I had told them the exact time when it couldve been stolen too. I waited 45 minutes, while pregnant to tell me they have no security cameras towards the back of the store, and couldnt help me. As he told me this news, he had no compassion, didnt even look me in the eyes and spoke very slowly for losing focus so fast. Then when I went to go ask the front desk the lady took forever to even acknowledge that I had asked her if someone turned in a lost purse. Then again I asked her, and she finally looks in the drawers and called the unhelpful security. The only thing Ross security is good for, is to open the watch display case, other than that, they are pathetic. I had also purchased a lot of heavy stuff not so long ago and the security guard was standing near the front doors, didnt even offer to help me nor open the door, ( Im 8months pregnant, and the store was practically empty, he wasnt watching anyone). I know he doesnt need to help me but I hate to leave stuff in my cart after my purse getting stolen, I still had to make a few trips back and forth to my cart and car, while stressing, since the carts are not allowed outside. Who knows, a Ross employee could have stolen it for all I know. They were just hesitant to even acknowledg someone stole my purse out of my cart, thats what made my shopping trip here a bad one.

My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE store to shop. The employees are wonderful...Ms. Shelby, Deborah & Belinda have always been pleasant and professional to me since their employment with the store.

The shoes are inexpensive and last about four months. There is always a long wait to pay because they do not keep enough cashiers at the front.
