To begin if I could give my experience 0 stars I would. I was shopping the clearance racks. All of which were marked as 50-80% off. I found 2 very nice Nike tank tops, however the tags were only marked down 40% (there werent even any 40% clearance racks in the entire store) When I asked a sales associate about the price they were clueless and couldnt give any additional discount. When they called and asked their manager they said that they cant honor a higher discount. Their reason is that someone could have put all of the Nike tank tops on that clearance rack so they could get a better discount.... What?? At the end of the day I feel they should have to honor at least a 50% discount. I would not shop this location. Its a disorganized store with mismarked merchandise and clueless, rude and careless employees.

Good selection in the clearance section ..Staff here are very helpful, Especially in the teens/juniors dept. And theres always a sale or coupon, dont forget to ask at the register. Fitting rooms arent labelled M or F so use your best judgement.

Really really good sales going on...was glad that I decided to go shopping with my mom...JCPenney is senior friendly with the small shopping buggies. THANKS. It makes it easier to take mom out and let her feel more independent....

It blows my mind that out of Sears, Macys and JC Penny that its JCP thats still standing at Century III mall. But there they are and I just got some good deals. Friendly, helpful staff.
