Ingles has managers who hate their job and their employees, shift managers who start drama between employees, employees that call out because they dont want to go to work (at least one call out a day), also store managers that leave work early to visit their spouse in the hospital but when an employee who has been at that store longer than the store manager gets sick and has a hospital excuse the managers get mad. Springfield Ingles in Spartanburg, SC. Its where they send shift managers fired from other stores as a punishment. Also cashiers and baggers handle meat products that have leaked and then touch other merchandise, they are not trained or told to use germx or wipe down their registers.

HORRIBLE place . Tyler gwinn is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. He gets in employee’s faces right in front of customers just because he’s having a bad day. He treats certain employees like their royalty , while he treats others like their a piece of trash that he found outside on the ground. When customer service gets called , he takes 20 minutes to get there because he’s always outside smoking a cigarette. He does not deserve to be a manager, he also gets in customers faces , and I’ve witnessed him throw something at a customer in aggravation. Nobody ever does anything to fix the problems because they simply do not care.
