WORST ABSOLUTE WORST DELI SERVICE EVER. I work next door and come over on break lunch etc. I came over at 11am and there was 1 person working the counter. Moving as slow as could be. There was a line of about 6 or 7 people. The manager walked by with her head down after seeing the line. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME. Ive complained to managers and pretty much got blown off. This publix is attached to a resort so there is NEVER slow times. When I complained today I was told " were supposed to.be slow". WHAT IS THAT EVEN SUPPOSED TO MEAN?? I had to practically wall.behind the counter and ask one of the managers to assist us at the counter. I used to work for Publix and this is the most poorly run deli counter Ive ever been too.

This store does not live up to the Publix reputation. Publix is about service, and they have set a high bar. This store is a bit unorganized, but above all, I dont get the same service I have come to appreciate at other locations. Every time I come in here it is busy and there are never enough registers open to accommodate, no one askes to help, ect. Im disappointed, but I believe in the Publix management structure and trust these issues will be resolved. Let me know when this happens and Ill come back.

Very good and polite service. Prices are a little high but thats to be expected next to a resort. When checking out theres always an elderly person or a young kid packing your stuff and then asking if they could take it out for you. Your answer should be yes even though you could carry the stuff yourself. Hello, you are on vacation , throw the person a buck or two. When you see the smile on their face will make your vacation a little better

Nice, clean, LARGE store. Certainly, they have plenty of merchandise with branding from the local theme parks, but more importantly, they have a significant variety of all of the food items that youre likely to desire. No matter whether you are a visiting tourist or a resident denizen, this is a great place to shop for your grocery needs.

A Private User

If youre a local resident or if you care to avoid the aggressive crowds of tourists, avoid this particular store. If youre able to, I recommend visiting the Publix located at S. Old Lake Wilson Rd. and Osceola Polk Line Rd, a few miles south of this store. Its much less crowded and more like most Publix stores: Laid back and easygoing.

Pretty great publix for the location and the type of people visiting. The staff is great and was pretty helpful when I had some trouble finding some items. Prices were okay, a bit expensive for Florida averages. Hours are pretty standard, nothing special. We would revisit this place if we needed some misc groceries during travel.

Jason in the deli was very annoyed that I said I had a pork allergy and asked him to wipe off the meat slicer before slicing my turkey. Even though health code rule says to wipe it off after every use for allergy concerns. The guy who checked us out was awesome though. Good thing for this store super target is even worse.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER NICE store slow SLOW sub shop. Waited 58 min for 4 subs while we were the only ones there! Then the guy said the bread is hard after he handed us the subs. Lol Worst experience at a sub shop ever but the subs were ok evendors wit the had bread. Also the never asked if we needed anything else.

There are at least six Publix grocery stores in this vicinity, and this is by far, the best run. The staff are the friendliest, the shelves are the best stocked, and its the cleanest. Since they all hire from the same labor pool, the difference must be the management. At this Publix, shopping really is a pleasure!

Ive noticed in the past few years that customer service has gone downhill severely but not at this Publix. The cashier as well as the other staff were amazing. One girl who didnt have anyone in her line came over and unloaded my cart with a smile. Its the little things that count. GREAT STAFF!

Amazing and courteous employees. In the parking lot they helped me get off my car. The bakery lady (I think her name is Barbara), gave a nice present to my daughter for her birthday, we picked the cake and she decorated it with Disney toys, no extra charge, just to make my daughter happy.

Amazing customer service! I dont eat dairy and asked the deli if I bought a pack of dairy-free cheese if they would make me a sandwich. They did better than that. They told me to simply give them the package of cheese, no cost to me, and theyd make me a sandwich. Love Publix!

Here is the skinny on this place.. good part is they have a good selection of items and at reasonable prices. Bad part is they were low or out of a lot of basic things. We were there about a hour after they opened so I would think there would not have been a run on the store.

Busy. Little selection. Expensive. Drive 1 mile more and youll find a Walmart thats just as busy but has far better selection and prices. I felt like they gouged us at Publix because it was in a tourist area. The Walmart had the same prices youd find anywhere else.

Decent Publix. A bit dirty. Had trouble finding some items. Walked past at least 10 employees and not a single one acknowledged me or asked if they could help. The only person that even made eye contact was Gerry at checkout. He was nice. And Ms Betty was a doll.

Thank God for Concepcion and Cynthia in the bakery. When 11 other local Publixs failed to deliver these 2 ladies made a couple phone calls and booked me up with the right Publix that could deliver. Thank you for that.

Publix is a great supermarket chain, but this location may just be the busiest in the nation! Adjacent to a large timeshare resort and constantly packed with tourists! Long lines!

Im nearly certain the cashier stole $10 from my wife and told her she was short even though she counted her cash twice before she left and once again before she handed it to her.

Great Pyblix in a very busy area, friendly staff, clean store and some great weekly deals. My one concern was that this Publix didnt appear to have s pharmacy so 4*.

Good assortment of choices in a medium size store. Healthy options as well as a variety of beer and wine. Staff is very nice accommodating to parents with children.

Pricier than the neighborhood Walmart, as expected, however, if you are in a hurry and luckily have some coupons, may be a great place to do all your shopping.

Only giving one star because i cant do zero. Someone is using this location for credit card skimming fraud at the WU presumably. Clean up your shop, folks!
