Pretty slick store. Came into get some snacks. Their decorations (and merchandise) starts before you even get in, with potted plants on the front end- for decoration and sale. Walking in, they have everything stocked, clean, and nicely arranged. Fresh area was very well stocked (on a Saturday night?! It never looks this nice, anywhere!) and the floors were clean. Not just basic mopping and waxing, but no debris, messes, clearly these people not only have an attention to maintenance, but they clean as they go. They either care, or there are consequences for associates not giving a poop. Everything in the store was in stock, and I didnt notice a thing out. Good selections on my weird healthful foods, and well sorted. If I was in the area, and traffic wasnt crazy in here, I could see this being my regular grocery go to.

rudest person ever!!! stopped in to buy paper plates and possibly some deli items for company visiting for a family funeral. short older female employee standing by the pharmacy having a personal conversation with a friend like she was at her leisure, trying to price sale junk nailpolish or something and trying very hard not to notice me, was clearly annoyed i interupted her to ask where paper plates are. she rudely points down the wall isle and snips they are on the left! I turned right and left the store and drove over to Heinens where I got great service by a very understanding employee, who got the plates suggested napkins, plastic cups and utensils and helped put together a small catered luncheon. wont ever go back to giant eagle

Among the nicest gaint eagles. Prices are a bit high. Its worth mentioning as the prices are a bit high but the quality isnt as high as the prices. If this giant eagle is anything like the other ones than it is a fact that gaint eagle Middleburg hts does more good for the surrounding community than one may realize. Things mike donating baked goods to homeless shelters and canned goods to food banks. Also from what my wife tells me the womens restroom smells bad and needs a good cleaning.

Can I just say that Lou (who we found out has been in the business for 39 years!) made our 1am trip the funniest and best time ever. Management needs to talk to him about ways to increase sales and visibility because this guy is smart and helped us a lot. Loved it. Matt, our cashier, was great, also!

Very slow check out people, one never shuts up and does her job takes 25 minutes to get though her line meat department is terrible Im never going back to this store and Im letting other people know not to shop there
