I went in for a ring size for my fiancées ring because they were able to do it on site. This was the worst decision I have ever made. They mutilated many fragile gold parts of her ring on the graduated accents and did not even realize they did. Actually, what made me really frustrated was that the employee who hadnt worked on the ring said all the mistakes were always there, how would she know if it wasnt there if she didnt work on the ring. After I showed hem the many mistakes they made, the guy who worked on it tried to fix it but half fasted it and didnt correct all the issues he made. They charged me a 100$ for a butcher job on the ring size. Will never go back, ever. I would fight with them more and make them fix it but I dont even trust that they have the skills to correct anything. Lost my business forever.
