I was searching for a special gift for my wife for our 5th anniversary. My wife has a special taste with jewelry and doesnt like the main stream Zales and other huge chains. Searching the Pheasant Lane mall I was shocked to find Facets here in Nashua without having to drive all the way down to Boston. The girls were really nice and extremely helpful, they werent pushy at all and let me look around the store. Then the girls let me compare all the items I liked before choosing a beautiful Amber necklace. My wife loved it Im sure Ill be back for her birthday.

Ive read the other reviews and decided to check Facets out for myself... I must admit that I wasnt looking for a gift for anyone but me... I felt like I arrived to jewelry heaven! The selection was incredible! Seriously I dont think one could possibly look through all that jewelry in one visit. I loved the Fossils and minerals too! Came out with a beautiful necklace for myself- very well priced! Loved the store, loved the experience..no one was pushy and they were really helpful. I will be back soon!

It is a very sad, sad day that saw the final closing of this lovely store (January 2016). The owner and buyer had impeccable taste in choosing artwork from some of the best artisans from around the world, and the sales staff were all very friendly and helpful. The quality and uniqueness of their jewelry and art pieces were incomparable to anything else found in the Northeast. You will be sorely missed. Good Luck and God Bless.

I came across Facets accidently while window shopping at Pheasant Lane Mall. The windows were so beautiful that I just had to go in and check out the store. The staff was incredibly helpful without being overwhelming or pushy. I ended up buying a very beautiful art glass cat sculpture. Thanks for the wonderful shopping experience!

I was surprised to find such a beautiful store at the Pheasant lane mall. I came in looking for a gift for one of my co-workers, The staff was really nice to me, and helped me find a beautiful Roman glass ring. My co-worker loved the ring, and I cant wait to go back for something for myself!

The store has some extremely beautiful and selective pieces for gift jewelry but it is definitely over priced. Look to shop here during the holiday season sales - 30-50% off on most stuff.
