Very knowledgeable staff and no pressure buying made my experience here very nice. I bought my first bike in 20 years from these guys and I couldnt be happier. I was able to test a couple different bikes and bought a different bike than what I had come in for because of the helpful guidance from Mat. I am looking forward to getting out on the road with my bike.

I walked in here intending to get a bike rack and was COMPLETELY ignored by the 3 employees... Not even a "Hey, Ill be right with you when Im done with what Im doing right now." After 5-10 minutes of making it pretty obvious I wanted some help, I left. Ill bring my business to another bike shop.

I went to purchase a bicycle I saw for sale at the shop. When I got there I was in love with it. Unfortunately they informed me it was just a tiny bit to big for me. I appreciate there honesty and not just trying to just make a sale. I will definitely be back!
