its a great place not only for the quality meats but also for the side items they prepare. being on a hectic schedule its great to walk in and purchase semi prepared and prepared foods. Its just great to know you can walk in and talk to someone who knows what they are talking about in meats as opposed to a chain store.

Purchased the most beautiful pork rib roast. With their help, I received just the cut I wanted. Roasted with a fruit and honey glaze; the most delicious thing I ever ate. My guests and I hummed the yummy hmmm the whole meal. Ill be back.
