My review is regarding my deer processing from last fall. I took my deer in Oct.15. By mid December I called to check on the status. I was asked curtly if I had received a call from them because if not, it wasnt ready. When I explained that it had been 2 months. So they checked and said that they were waiting for the bologna to be smoked. Ok, called again between Christmas and New Years and told the same thing. I questioned this since it was now 2 1/2 months. I was told that they were behind because of their holiday orders and stopped processing deer during that time. WTH, I am a paying customer too and didnt feel like a valued customer. A courtesy call would have been appreciated. Finally got my order this week and thought maybe they would offer a discount due to the length of time it took. Nope. The ironic thing is their sign describing how important their customers are.

Okay, so when your looking for some home cooked food, or amazing tater salad, this is the place to go. I make it a point to go at least three times a year for one thing.....The most amazing Cheese steak sub in pa. People from out of town travel to get here because of this unique sub. Its marinated, real steak strips, with the fixins if you want. The best part about these are that, you actually ruin the flavor if you put sauce on it. they are that good.

Very best meat market around! Their ham loaf mix is best Ive ever had. They also sell good milk in glass bottles from a local creamery. You can also get dried pigs ears and beef bones for your dog at much better prices than the pet store. Theres excellent prepared food and deli items and soup and a place to sit and eat. Far better lunch break spot than a fast food joint!

My sister came from MA for a long weekend. My wife and I ordered a stuffed pork belly from Wengers. Stuffed with sausage, potatoes and cabbage and a little bit of onion. Sis had never eaten it before and took pictures before and after to send to her kids back in MA. Lets just say that going forward, whenever my wife and I head to MA, guess what makes the trip with us.

This place is a haven for comfort food, and good home cooked...well everything. They will treat you right, and they will make you feel comfortable. Most of the people that gave this 1 star are people who arent used to being treated like a family member form businesses. They joke around alot and carry on and generally have a good time.

Get lunch here all the time--never seen a place with so much variety in the hot bar day to day, even including delicious thai fish once. Love the grill and the deli, too, and very happy to support a local business. The breakfast sandwiches are hands down the best and know kids at Dickinson thatll go downtown to get one in the morning.

Great food!!! Everything you think of in a deli. Not open for dinner, but the food is great, inexpensive, large. Also had deli with steaks, sausage, pork, etc. the pre-marinated steak look amazing! Highly recommend!!

These guys will go far above and beyond for the customer. I only got Dry Ice but who literally the only place in PA that has it in the weekends. And at a better price(on weekdays too)

Wasnt impressed with their deer meat processing. The sticks were okay but the sausages, jerky, and bologna were sub par. Back to country butcher shop in Plainfield!

This is my favorite spot for a breakfast sandwich. Two fried eggs, fresh sausage patty and American cheese on a soft bun, all cooked on a flattop griddle.

Ordered a turkeducken last year for thanksgiving and it was incredible. So good I just places my order for this year. Great store and great service!
