Jin Jou and her staff at Gem Boutique have always been professional and courteous each time my husband and I have ever visited the store. Our professional relationship with Jin Jou began in 2007 when my then fiancé went to her to have my engagement ring made. I knew the design that I wanted and the staff at Gem Boutique were able to create my beautiful ring simply off the description that I provided to them. Gem Boutique’s ability to create stunning custom made pieces never ceases to amaze me. Her selection and quality is unparalleled. My husband and I just celebrated our 7th anniversary, and he decided to upgrade my wedding band and of course he went back to Gem Boutique. Jin Jou is very knowledgeable and her selection of diamonds is unmatched. I am always getting compliments on my ring and I love that I am the only person that has a ring like mine. In addition to my engagement ring and wedding ring, I have purchased a beautiful set of diamond hoop earrings, and my mother bought me a gorgeous pair of invisible princess cut diamond stud earrings for Christmas. My mother, my sister, and I all have engagement rings from Gem Boutique, and we all love our unique pieces. Thank you Jin Jou!!!

I recently found out about gem boutique through a friend and Im so super excited that I had the pleasure of getting to know the most pleasant people that work there i had a few rings from my first marriage laying around and took the first one to pawn shop first and didnt want to give me hardly nothing for it when I knew in my mind it was worth more than what they were offering and I took it to gems boutique and I was so right they gave me three times of what the pawn shop offered so no doubt in my mind I took the second one back there and while was there the second time my sister was with me and was looking for a certain gem for peace and serenity and the owner helped her with that and hooked her up because of the reason it was for but if you want the fair amount of money for your jewelry be sure to check out gem boutique first and oh by the way if the price of gold is at 13% thats what you are getting for it not a standard rate other places give you for it they actually look it up every time you go in there awesome experience definitely will be going back to purchase or sell jewelry again thank you for your hospitality

Gem Boutique was recommended by a friend of mine who has been getting jewellery from her for years and I can see why. Any praise I give her would be selling her short. Looking through all of the other reviews youll find nothing but 5 stars and after working with her for an engagement ring I can see why. Jin Jou and her staff were extraordinarily friendly, professional and immensely skilled. The ring she made for my fiance is absolutely stunning. She took an immense amount of pride and care to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted and did so in a way that made us both feel that she genuinely cared. Buying an engagement ring can be a very stressful experience. Jin Jou and her staff managed to calm all my fears however. She assured us of a beautiful ring that we would enjoy for the rest of our lives and she gave us that and then some. She was very fair in terms of her price and once I set an amount that I was willing to pay she made sure to work within that budget. Ill be recommending Gem Boutique to anyone in the market for jewelry of any kind.

My daughter wanted a signature necklace in my handwriting for Xmas. I contacted several jewelers and was told I wouldnt be able to have it until sometime in January and the cost was way out of my budget. I looked through the phone book and saw Gem Boutiques ad and went on line to view some of their items and read their reviews. I decided to give them a call and they told me they could do it and to bring a copy of my signature in to them. I took my signature in to them on a Saturday and a week later was called saying the necklace was ready, and it was in plenty of time for Xmas. The necklace is BEAUTIFUL! I gave it to my daughter for Xmas and she is extremely happy with it. My other daughter, in seeing the necklace, would also like to have a necklace with her name in my handwriting, so I will be going back to Gem Boutique! I am very happy with the quality of the necklace and the customer service was beyond all my expectations!

Originally my mother found this boutique after hearing how great the quality of the work here was. She was very particular about where she wanted to have her diamond in her engagement ring set in a different band. She was so happy with the work that she has told many of her friends about the store and both myself and my mother continue to shop here. For the past few years this is the only place we get any work on our jewelry done. Additionally, my family has made multiple purchases of the gorgeous pieces unique to this store and have been very happy with each addition to our collection. We will continue to only trust this store with any work or changes we would like to make with our jewelry. If you value true craftmanship, value, beauty and artistic expression in fine jewelry, you will not find a better place around. Over the years I have had many dealings with the owner of this fine establishment and I have never gone away wanting! The warm atmosphere is unique and genuine in every regard. The value is true and I have never had any jewelry from this shop appraise lower then the buying price. In fact, most times the value has increased over time quite quickly. The buying prices offered for anything I wanted to sell here were always good as well. You could do far worse then to do business here. Work Ive had done here is unique and Ive even worked closely with the owner to design several pieces to my specifications to the satisfaction of all involved.

I bought a pair of diamond earrings for a child but they were mounted on regular (push-back) gold posts. I called a few local jewelers for price estimates for changing the posts to be screw back. The people at Gem Boutique were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Their estimate came in about 60% lower than the other local jewelers so I had them do the work....and it was done very quickly! When I picked up the earrings I met the owner. She introduced herself and was very friendly. The earrings looked beautiful and were exactly what I needed. I will be going here for my future jewelry needs. I highly recommend visiting this shop!

Yesterday (11/12/13) was my first time visiting the Gem Boutique. My mother & I stopped in to scrap some of our old jewelry. I absolutely 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants high quality beautiful jewelry. I have never been to a place that has such high quality customer service. I absolutely love the owner. She is such a great person. It is rare to find a person these days who makes you feel like they have known you a lifetime, that is how you feel when dealing with the owner of the Gem Boutique.If you want to be treated like a person and not a dollar sign, Gem Boutique is the place to go!
