This store has amazing customer service. I had a horrible experience at the harrisburg store on 22! The store on 22 never tracked my ring cleanings and when I had a problem my warranty didnt cover it because of that. So they created a loss of 120$ for me. So Im not going to lie I was a little scared walking into the hersehy store. I was scared that I could be making another bad decision. Boy was I wrong. The customer service was the top of the line. They did not push us into anything we didnt want! The manager was the one who took care of us. I told her what I wanted and she did not push me to anything else. We were on a budget and she made sure to get us the best deal. I will go back again! Everyone please take my advice and ship here over harrisburg if you want top of the line customer service! You will not be disappointed!!!

I should start off this interview by saying this location seemed to have a very nice variety of jewelry in most price ranges and the store itself was very clean and well organized. With that being said this is the reason for the two star rating. I went in looking for a gift that they didnt have in store. They thrn tried to sell me several items up to 5 times over my budget (which I had told them upon entering the store). They also signed me up for a store credit card without telling me after they said they could check to see if financing was possible, which we checked, then I told them I wasnt interested in. Very pushy sales people and not helpful unless you have a lot of money to spend. I would not recommend this location.

The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They really listen to their customers and guide them through finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Every time I go to Zales the experience is paramount!
