This place ugh.... its always my last resort. They have a solid selection of kosher food, but the organic is very limited, especially eco-friendly products outside of food. The produce is limited and very hit-or-miss. If youve never been to another grocery store, this one seems fine. But by far the worst part about this particular grocery store branch is the customer service, especially the check out lanes. 3 out of the last 5 times Ive had a cashier instead of using the self service they have been extremely rude. Just this morning the cashier literally put one item in my bag, then ended the transaction and started ringing up the only other customer checking out in the whole store, shoving that customers purchases into mine while I bagged my stuff. I dont think its too much to expect the staff to be approachable and helpful.

I despise this store. The employees are clueless with a few exceptions at the pharmacy and Brenda at Starbucks Ive shopped with some of these people for 30 years (back when they worked for Food Fare and Shop n Bag) and yet they dont even say hello. The younger checkers are so busy talking to each other and snapping their gum in your face, they barely speak. Ive limited my shopping there to emergency items and generally drive to Wegmans at King of Prussia, even though I live five minutes from this store. The pharmacy people are great but the rest stink.

The people in the pharmacy are great, much better than any of the big "box store" pharmacies. This store has a much smaller selection than the more modern Giant stores (Plymouth Meeting, Havertown). I go to the pharmacy here comma they are always efficient and very helpful. And I welcome change from the big corporate Pharmacies. I come here when I need something or to get prescriptions filled however for big food shopping trips I go to Wegmans and the Havertown Giant.

This store is constantly a miserable experience. No employee has ever been helpful, everyone stands around talking to each other and cant be bothered to help customers. No one is happy, check out employees just throw food in bags with no regard that someone is PAYING for the food. I have never seen someone in customer service consistently be SO RUDE. Its as if the employees go out of their way to be miserable. Awful experience

Well stocked, can obviously get busy around dinner time and weekends. Nice organic section to compete with the nearby Whole Foods, including some items WF doesnt carry, though it is small. They also sell beer and wine here, but you have to pay for it separately, meaning you have to pay for your chips and salsa at the regular registers.

Dave, the Assistant Deli Manager is excellent! -He is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Haha and Italian too! Knows his cheeses! We had a lot of "cheesey" talks. This Giant has been one of my favorite Giant stores for the past few years. Has one of the best and biggest Kosher sections too!

Always have what Im looking for , theyre open pretty late which is convenient. The only thing I dont like is that you lose all cell phone service went inside the building, I cant understand why. Makes it hard to shop on the phone

Good kosher and seafood departments. Staff usually friendly and courteous. Josh in the pizza department is awesome, and Sindy is very helpful. Rodney is angry and rude for some reason. Overall, staff are generally nice.

The people who work there I found to be very helpful and courteous. There where enough cashiers therefore the waiting time was very short. I love shopping at your store. It is very clean. Looking forward to returning soon.

A lot of times I feel very unwelcome here. Its mostly the other customers who make me feel this way. So, I dont go here very often. The front end staff is great, but the store is very small and often cluttered.

My friend and I came here the first time today. One of the cashiers put her hand on the food weight and wanted to charge my friend more. It never happened at other Giant stores. Really disappointed.
