This store has mostly improved over the last year. The cashiers have gotten friendlier, the prepared foods team is improving, and most days the salad bar looks a lot nicer. Ive always thought the grocery sections looked better than most stores, and the produce blows away trader js and wegmens. Customer service is always a pleasure. I hope this place gets rewards for these young peoples passion and attitudes. I was just there last thursday and friday and my visit was outstanding. I have one complaint though, the bakery is a tad sketchy some days... Ive even had times where the men in prepared foods had to help me because they saw me waiting too long. They seemed embarrassed, but I assured them it wouldnt affect my opinion of the store as of late. Im usually in every few days after 3 o clock. Ive been going to this whole foods for 4 and years.

I shopped here because I thought the quality was better and hey, I can probably afford the higher prices since Im a successful person with my own thriving small business, but it ends HERE. I got some seafood here a few days ago and I spent the last three days hanging over the edge of my toilet bowl. Almost needed to be hospitalized, 104 degree fever. I dont know what it was, but apparently whole foods gets their fish from whichever river they dump the waste from Limerick into. I should sue them, and I just might. Please do not buy the seafood here, if you must shop here.

I was asked to buy my sample and then this lady followed me through the store! What kind of customer service do they have here? I shopped in many whole foods stores through the country, but I never experienced anything like this! Ridiculous! Also, they dont replenish their merchandise on time you have to wait many days for items to be back in stock, not very organized here... There are other stores close by Traders Joe, Wegmans...they have better prices and excellent customer service!

Prepared food section is pathetic. Chicken has been raw on multiple occasions. Managers solution a half ass apology. Wanna order a sandwich from the deli? The servers move like sloths and when you finally get your sandwich theres a 90% chance its not the sandwich you ordered. This review is based on going there over a course of 2 years. If youre in the area driver 2 miles north and a brand new Wegmans awaits you.

Prices are outrageously expensive. The employees are the best there are. Right when we walk in they know us and what we are looking for, so thats why we continue to shop here every single Friday. The reason I gave three stars is because of the prices. They are not competitive enough.

Manager escorted me out of store for taking samples! Yeah, free - unless you visit too often and eat more than on grape. What a nasty experience.

This store is too small. I would rather drive all the way to Plymouth Meeting WF. Not enough selection. The Plymouth Meeting WF is awesome btw.
