It took several employees a half an hour in a empty store to help me. I had a pdf file, and all I wanted to do was print two pages per sheet, something that if I had my own printer would take me 5 seconds flat to set up. The self printing stations were so dumbed-down that options like that were disabled. After patently waiting for a half an hour they informed me that it would cost over 7 dollars in ADDITION to the standard printing fees to set that up for me. I hereby classify this store as a den of sullen mediocrity.

Understaffed (and incompetently) staffed FedEx Kinkos location where you can go in at midnight on Saturday and still wait 30 minutes for the only employee to return from some sort of "break" and accept your parcel. One can only assume, based on this location, that Kinkos will soon go the way of Blockbuster.
