This store already has 10+ negative reviews and I surely wish I would have read them before going to this store. I already reported this store to Corporate Headquarters and they will file a formal complaint against this store, however, I do not understand why this man continues to be allowed to operate a UPS Store after all of these negative reviews. Before driving a half hour to this store, I called over and over hoping that they would answer and the phone went directly to voicemail. There was no way to leave a message. The voicemail states to keep trying to call back which is what I did. When I pulled up to the store, the man who I think is named Norman was resting in his chair with his arms above his head with NO ONE in the store. I called from my car while watching and again, he did not get up to answer the phone. When I went into the store to tell him, he was rude to me and shook his head and blew me off. I even tried to call from my phone while he was standing there and he could have cared less. I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes. I asked him who he reported to and he said "Whats it to you?" I told him I was going to report him and he sat back down and said "Go ahead, I am afraid!!!" (Sarcastically) I was unable to get his name or his managers name, so I called the next day hoping to get another person on duty to tell me his name, it had to be him that answered because when I asked him if he was working the night before, he hung up on me! I informed UPS and I will let my friends and family know to stay far away from this store!

WORST PLACE! DO NOT GO TO SEND YOUR PACKAGES!! the owner (if you want to call him that) Normand B. got belligerent and actually pretty scary with me because I had a returned package that I had sent out 2 weeks ago through him and his UPS store. I went in to try to see what happened and/or if I could send it out overnight (since it was a birthday present) and he completely dismissed me from the moment I walked up to the counter and said that there was a problem with my package. He said he couldnt help me and I would have to pay the full amount to send it out again. I asked him if he could find out what at least happened and he started screaming at me and pacing up and down behind the counter like a complete weirdo. Im 51"... hes at least 6 plus. Are you serious? At the end of the day HE ended up calling the cops on me. Seriously dont go there. Its a little frightening knowing this guy has your information (address, photos, faxes, etc.) in his hands.

Normally I never write a review, but I do check reviews before I go to a new place. I must say I was a kind of concerned of going to this location after reading only bad reviews. I was even looking for another UPS Store, but I decided to take a chance went there. I was prepared to be treated in a rude way as some of here have mentioned...but the customer service was VERY nice and helpful. Thanks so much! :) What did I have learn from bad reviews? Sometimes can be true, but sometimes not...perhaps the customer was not patient neither polite! Be respectful and polite...and smile, so you can be treated in the same way! Give a try!

I have used their mailbox service for a long time. Im satisfied with the service and they are very understanding of how often I check my mail there, which is admittedly not to often. Im not sure why the people below get off on being negative about this place. I have never had any issues with them being rude or anything like that. They may be a bit quiet, but that is it. I suggest that if you want a better experience you actually try talking to them a bit, be polite yourself, and you may be surprised.

Hard to understand how a UPS counter guy could evoke such intense reactions, but every review here is true. The guy who works there is simply a jack***. He didnt do anything wrong, per se. He took my package. I took my receipt. But this guy just exudes unfriendliness, disdain and thoughtlessness. It comes oozing out. I hated the one minute I spent in there. I cannot believe UPS lets him represent their company.

I only called into this place and I can say I got the same vibe as everyone else. They didnt answer the phone the first 3 times I called and when I finally got through the man on the other end interrupted me several times with abrupt answers to questions I had not finished asking. Ive worked in retail before so I understand the game somewhat and I got a bad feeling just from a phone call.

The two guys who work here are so immature, slow, and nasty. one of them was being a prick to customers. The grey haired one was a bit more professional with me, but was pretty much screaming at the other guy with customers in the store. Yelling at each other about the dumbest things. Thing-one and thing-two need to get canned asap and replaced with some real employees.

Nasty, crazy owner threw my package and cursed at me because I put my box in the wrong place. He is scary crazy. I have used this store for years. He has always been less than friendly, a prickly kinda guy. Not suited for retail, but whatever. Today, he forgot his meds. Dont go! The Roxborough store is always a happy helpful place.

Rude, ignorant and totally unprofessional. An item that they shipped out is missing...called to find out if it could possibly still be in their store and I was told in a nasty tone to call back because he has more important things going on. Im sorry...my $350.00 item isnt important enough?!!? Dont bother.

I have attempted to use this store on 2 seperate occasions. The man in the store is very rude, would not help me and walked away from me. I then went to the Jenkintown Store. They were very helpful, no problem. Dont waste your time, go to another location! I will!

After reading the reviews, I was leary . I called first to be sure they could do what I needed, very friendly. When I went in later that day the associate was very pleasant even remembered my phone call. Service was great, I would highly recommend .

Gave me false information regarding shipment size and was told what I will not be able to ship it internationally. Also, they told me they couldnt find the postcode, but none of those issues came up when I went to a different UPS store afterwards.

The man working the counter was agitated from the moment we walked in. My friend needed assistance returning a package and getting a shipping label. He was told to shove the package up his ass. Still shocked over the whole encounter, FedEx it is.

They do not answer the phone. So when you drive to the store the guy is unwilling to help out. He told me to call back Monday stating he was too busy at the moment. So I call Monday---No answer! POOR SERVICE
