UPDATE: Still no resolution. No help from store or management. Investigations opened by both T-Mobile and myself looking into the stolen merchandise. Absolutely positively will NEVER go to this place again. Was having a bad day the day I dropped my prepaid package off at this store on 10/22/16 and forgot to get the receipt before leaving. Guy at the counter took the package. Tracking number shows it was never scanned, never picked up, never delivered back to T-Mobile. I have NO CLUE what happened to that package but the day is etched in my mind. Three weeks later, package is still nowhere to be found and management has nothing to say and no help in finding out who took the phone or what happened to it. I know now not to witness an armed robbery the day I drop something off here....Never again.

Returning an item with UPS preprinted and prepaid label. Asked for UPS box and employee didnt understand what I was asking for. He finally grabbed box and taped it up and placed my label then charged me $2.70 for the box. When I complained that he should have advised me there was a charge, he said "Noones ever expected a free box" I restated thats why I asked fora UPS box. I have boxes at homeand by the way the post office supplies shipping boxes for priority mail. This is a "UPS store" . Know better now but wow. Never again

I use to not have any problem with getting my deliveries from ups, however, twice just recently, I have had my items returned to sender for "no indication of building number". I live on a residential street and I live in a single home. I think the ups individual is not delivering the item and taking them back with this marked like this. My husband is home everyday due to a disability and there is no reason for this to happen. Something is not right.

Not sure whats going on with this store but Ive shipped a lot of things and never had any UPS store give me a receipt without a tracking Number. The woman working The counter used a calculator to add up my total an gave me a receipt for the total she added up. Promised me she would email tracking numbers and never did. Hopefully my stuff gets to its destination but it seems like shes running some type of skim

I have always had an easy experience here, and find the negative reviews maybe a bit exaggerated or written in frustration. The guys are always friendly and have gone above and beyond from what Ive seen - today when I said thanks a lot (for taping and taking my package even though it wasnt shipping UPS) I was told "Hey were just here to help"! Always a pleasure to do business here.

Yes, at first I was reluctant since we ship hand blown glass. Well this business has been bought over by a new owner. They have two UPS Stores and they are fantastic! Do not be afraid to go there, it has changed for the better! Our business will ship our packages here from now on. A convenient location for us.

Today 8/11/15 I Faxed 3 pages. 2 pages to one entity and 1 page to another. He wanted to charge me $5 which would have included the cover page. I refused to pay for cover as I know not their procedure. It may have been a mistake but the last 3 times I Faxed he made the same mistake. I call it cheating or stealing

The web says you dont need appointment for fingerprints, so I went to get them for work. One customer in store, they refused to do them for me without an appointment. Very rude. Avoid this store if you have other options.

Very nice ups store!! Not a long wait on a Saturday afternoon we were in and out in less than 10 minutes great customer service the sales man was very nice to my husband and I we will be returning to this location

Theyre new ownership is great. They printed a 2 by 3 instagram frame for my company and even cut out the center at a really reasonable price. Friendly staff that knows what theyre doing. Highly recommend.
