My family has had a couple unsatisfactory experiences from Kremp (the Norristown location). All involved use of Teleflora internet orders. A couple years ago I ordered a a bouquet to be delivered to my own house for a party I was holding, and used an internet special from Teleflora. The bouquet was much smaller than described for price range I chose, and looked nothing like the picture with different colors and cheaper flowers being substituted. I called and complained, and Kremps answer was that they did not know what special was being marketed at that time. I feel that it is thier business to know what the customer is ordering and paying for. They did eventually pick up the bouquet which was half dead within 2 days, and refunded my money. There was no bouquet for the party. Two days ago, my daughter that lives with me, ordered a bouquet for myself and for her sister, also using a Telefora internet special. The bouquet for her sister was supposed to be white roses, white spray roses, purple delphinium and purple filler flowers. The bouquet received had dark red roses and purple delphinium. There was no white flowers at all, so the color scheme is entirely different, and no filler flowers, making a very blah, disjointed looking arrangement. The bouquet I received was pictured as a tall pink bouquet with pink roses, pink spray roses, pink tulips, and pink filler flowers with variegated foliage. What was received very small, with the flowers in the center being shorter than the flowers at the edges of the bouquet, a lot of dark red colors, no tulips. dark red carnations, dark red roses, astomeira (a very cheap substitution), and the only pink was a couple spray roses, that are already dead 2 days later. Again very disjointed looking, poorly arranged bouquet, looks like a child picked up some grocery store flowers and tossed them into a short vase, with no ability to put colors together, or to put heights together. This bouquet is worth less than half of what was pictured on the ordering website. My daughter did complain to Kremps, and they asked for an email with photos, which she sent yesterday morning, and we have not had a response yet. I will not be surprised if, like last time, they simply pick up the poorly made bouquet and refund the money, but do nothing to make us happy, like actually replacing it with a bouquet that is close to what was ordered. And for those wondering, we do understand that some substitutions can be made, but completely change the look and color scheme, and replace with much less expensive flowers, that is not good business. I think they get away this because most recipients of Teleflora arrangements are not local to the giver, so the person paying, never sees what the bouquet actually looks like. We will go out of our way not to use Kremps any more. There are other florists we like in our areas

Ordered a $93 (inc. delivery) gift the day before the desired date. At 2 p.m. the next day accidentally checked the spam mailbox and saw a message from Kremp that the item is out of stock--it was there on the website--and whether I would choose anything else. Was in a meeting and wrote quickly that a replacement would be great as long as it could be delivered that day. Called at 3 p.m. and talked to three people. The key word I heard was UNFORTUNATELY. They could do nothing. I asked nicely and patiently and offered to pay extra just to have someone deliver something nice to my friends house. They said "no." Nothing could be done. I asked how long it took them to drive. Said 1 hour--I could have checked google map then: It was only 6 miles, 16 minutes! But the only thing I heard was "NO. WE COULD DO NOTHING." They did offer to deliver the next morning with an upgrade and apology card, but who would need it when it didnt arrive at the party?! I even suggested that if I were working there, I would have delivered myself. But their so-called VIP specialist, Lauren, kept saying No. I wanted to support local and family business but this experience is abhorrent. I dont usually leave negative feedback but I told Lauren I would and that I would never do business with them again. I have no choice but forewarn those who have not ordered from them. This is either not a family business that treats its customers like a community member, or certain employees lack insights, responsibility, and flexibility. Cant somebody sacrifice 16 minutes to shoulder their mistake? This somebody would go nowhere in the business world with that mindset. At least, they could have called as soon as they found the item was not available, For potential customers, beware. You will be treated by immature business people and depend much on the luck regarding the reliability of their website. Sorry if this review upsets some workers there but please look through the negative feedback to find space for improvement.

Horrible experience. Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my son and daughter in law upon arrival at their resort at Disney World for their honeymoon. The website leads you to believe that Sunday delivery is available. They did not deliver until Monday. Fine, but they should have made this clear when delivery would be made. I opted for the Large bouquet (choices: Small, Medium, Large) so that the bouquet would be nice and full. What was delivered was not what I ordered! I ordered the "From my Heart to You Bouquet" This bouquet is an arrangement of all Large Roses. No green filler! The picture of the bouquet boasts a heart shaped vase ..... what was delivered was cheap and tacky. Arrangement was made up of a few larger roses and a few small roses and a bunch of cheap fern filler to take up space so that they didnt have to use more expensive roses. The arrangements are not comparable. The heart shaped vase was substituted with a cheap looking red vase that could have been picked up at Walmart. Super disappointed. As I wanted the arrangement their on Sunday the first day of their honeymoon & I dont want the newlyweds to be hassled with this situation, replacing the bouquet is not an option. Will never order from this company again. Im out the money at this point. This is your basic bait and switch. When you spend close to $100 on a bouquet, you want it to look like a $100 bouquet. Substitutions were made that were unacceptable. I ordered a beautiful bouquet & and the newlyweds received junk. I wish I could post pictures of the bouquet: a picture is worth a thousand words. :(

I ordered Roses For My Girlfriend and her daughter for Valentines day through the FTD Website and 800 number, The girl who took my order completely screwed it up several times, Even after calling FTD They just sent the same order again so after speaking to several customer service reps and supervisors that barley spoke english I was about to just give up. . The delivery driver from Kremp was as upset as I was and assured me she would personally handle it, I received a call from the owner of Kremps with in 30 minutes ( mind you this was Valentines day the busiest day of the year for him ) anyway after we spoke about the confusion in the order he assured me he would handle it ASAP, Meanwhile Im back on the phone with a non- English speaking supervisor who wants to give me 25 % discount on my next order, I explained to her i didnt pay close to 200 dollars for carnations... So Im placed on hold for a third time ( Now 38: 46 seconds on the phone) I get a call back from Chad the owner of Kremps who has bypassed the phone clowns and gone straight to the top of FTD Management. .With in another hour our order is received and its PERFECT! I cant thank Chad and the rest of the Team at Kremp florist for handling this so fast and courteous on the busiest day of the floral year! I will never order from the website again Ill just go straight to the source which is Kremps! Chad handled this problem in under an hour after I spent 2 days going back and forth with the 800 number .. Thank you guys so much for making our Valentines day Wonderful!
