Never visited this establishment nor conducted any business with them and will never. I placed an order via 1800flowers for a mothers day gift. I was not aware that 1800flowers ended up using Roosevelt florist for an gift that I purchased. The intended recipient that the gift was meant for informed me that when she opened the packaging that contained the gift...she stumbled upon by accidentally placing her hand inside an empty coffee creamer container ( trash) that was placed inside the box(packaging) next to the gift. I contacted the company regarding this disgrace that she found. The company has decided to ignore my complaint and not address any of the concerns. Because of that complete and total unprofessionalism...I will not be dealing with Roosevelt ever.

Recently ordered a bridal bouquet and several corsages / boutonnieres. The corsages were nice but the boutonnieres were so so. The bridals bouquet wilted before my reception was even started...even with being put in water. Granted it was very hot but maybe the florist could have offered suggestions to stand up to hot weather for a summer wedding. The throw bouquet that came with the real bouquet stayed strong and looked great even the next day.

My husband ordered roses. And they sent tiger lilies with only 3 roses. Witch one rose is dead what a bunch of garbage they sent. Will never get flowers from this place again. You get nicer stuff from the acme

Last 2 orders were sub-par to say the least. The flower packages I ordered were too small! Not the value that was reflected on the web page. Delivered on time and friendly customer service though.
