Ive shopped here many times over the last couple of years. The store is bigger than some in the area. I have always encountered friendly and helpful staff. Last visit I wanted to buy a baby gate that was the last one and the package was open and very pulled apart. The associate was able to verify quickly that it was the last one and offered to talk to the manager about getting me a discount. When I expressed concern that some of the pieces might be missing he helped me verify that all the hardware was there. The cashier was also very helpful and thorough. I am always able to find a good buy on some kind of baby food that is better than my grocery chain.

I have to say they were very helpful. As my son grows up I am very lost on what is "in". Not a problem here. Very knowledgeable. Very sweet and happy to help as well. You can tell when a place is a joy to work and employees are treated good. It shows. No fake smiles there. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work there and helpful when needed. Plus they are great with my son. He loves the staff as much as the toys.

Went here today, to pick up a few things and sate out curiosity if they might have a Nintendo Switch in stock. The electronics sales associate first never asked us if we needed help, and when we asked him about the Switch he was very cold, and blew us off with a No while turning away from us. Wont be spending another dollar here again.

I found a good bit of what I was looking for in the toys but we asked a woman who works there a question and she was very rude and snobby. She was an older woman with reddish hair and glasses and she was just rude and bitchy. Other than that the younger guys who work there were very helpful.

This store must not realize handicapped people buy toys also. They had only one old wheelchair with a flat tire and no electric scooters. I cant think of another store that doesnt have at least one scooter available. I will take my business to a store that cares about all its customers.

I am at this store at least twice a month to buy formula and I am always greeted with a smile, asked if I need help, and always lead to great deals. Even when out of stock for my brand of formula they always try their best to accomodate me.

Sometimey.caters more to infants. Children over the age of 4 must really use their imaginations to play with whats in stock and if its not a video game FORGET IT. TOYS R SUCKS!!!

Store is clean and the shelves are always stocked. Bathroom for the most part is clean as well.
