Terrible service. Less than courteous workers...rude and heavens forbid they would open more registers...There were 5 employees in eye view at the front. 1 cashier working..no line at returns or service desk... I had stood in line 10 min when a lady walked up looking for more cashiers.. the worker motioned the new customer up.. I came forward and told her I had been waiting with my twin 8 yr olds.. some one needs to help the people waiting in line...the girls at the desk looked at me with a very hostile attitude and told her coworker I wont help her (me) and walked off with the worst hateful attitude I have ever seen ..no I was not happy.... when we first arrived at the store there were 2 workers chit chatting and I asked where the American girl doll clothes were ..instead of saying I will show you...she mentioned they were all the way across the store by the barbies. Im new to the area and I dont know the store at all.... she said go to the back corner where you see pink... uggg the staff needs fired!!!!

if i could give it no stars i would ....first off extremely rude staff who look at you and speak to you like your ruining their day just by being there second why is customer service the one and only line open ? so wait 25 min just to make a return and then third why do i call to verify policy if employees done have the correct information and i end up not being able to make my return fourth and then i get told by said lazy employee well what do you want me to do about that its not my fault someone gave you wrong information but it wasnt me ....seriously i dont care who it was fact is i was given wrong information had to drive 40 min to get there and then wasted time i didnt have to waste and now ill have to waste more time and come back again id rather go to the dentist and have teeth removed without medication then step foot in that horrific store again

This was a wonderful experience. They really helped me out with only a few days until Christmas. Andrea was absolutely amazing and is a true asset to the company. She went out of her way and took the time to help make our Sons Christmas one to remember. She needs to be recognized for all the hard work she put into making this one of the best shopping experiences weve ever had! With just a phone call into the store Andrea personally looked for an item in the back that had showed being sold out at the store on-line and found exactly what we were looking for... it was worth the 3 hour drive! Thanks again Andrea for going the second mile and for all your hard work! Jason

They have a lot of problems here at this Toys R us at Valley View. Too many problems maybe. I inquired about a toy and a video game system and received a negative attitude. I went to complain to management and the manager also displayed a negative attitude... not as bad as the employees but still had attitude. I never received a explanation either why an order was delayed for 2 days and when inquiring about the order, got treated like i was stupid.

Q: What kind of baby store is never able to keep baby essentials in stock? A: A mismanaged one. Go for diapers - No stock for size 2. Go for wipes on a different day - All out. Need to upgrade bottles nipple sizes a month later - Out of stock. Incompetent inventory management. Save yourself the trouble & gas and order online. At least then you should be guaranteed that what you want to buy is actually in store.

The toy selection is massive and up to date. If you need or want anything for babies on up to teens... or even the kid in all of us, this store has it. You literally could shop for hours. The only downsides I can think of is very narrow parking spaces and the store is a bit dated. A great place to shop.

I have purchased 3 radios here in the last year and none of them work. 1 wasnt even screwed together, 1 the cd player wont play, and now a karaoke machine that has no power cord. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Toysrus has terrible electronics.
