Worst customer service ever. If you order something and there are no issues you’ll probably be fine. But if you need to return something that’s where the incompetence shines through. I needed to return a sight because the description was inaccurate. First I emailed and asked for an RA number, got no reply. Then I called and was told I didn’t need an RA number. I explained the box was opened and the sight had been mounted but it did not work as described. They said to return it, explain what happened, and list what I would like in exchange. I did exactly as I was instructed but received the package back marked “refused, return to sender”, with no explanation as to why it had been refused. So I called again, spoke to the same person who originally said I could return it and was told to return it again and they would take it back for a 20% restocking fee. I returned it again and asked that they reimburse me for the postage on the return attempt that was refused but they were unwilling to refund postage even though it was their mistake that caused me to have to return it twice. They gave me the 80% credit but I had to pay shipping a total of 3 times. Not a pleasant experience. Would recommend buying your stuff somewhere else.

I have placed two international orders. I like the wide selection of goods that cater well for a bow hunters needs. Staff provided advice and assistance when I needed it. Reasonable prices. Navigation can be simplified to showcase products better with fewer clicks. Payment process is simple and easy.

Old owners ran place into the ground. Under new ownship for a year now and the place has done a complete 360. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. They will help with any questions you have. Definitely the go to place for archery gear and accessories. Now they sell guns also.

Not a great experience. My account was billed 8/29 just received part of my order on 9/6. There was no invoice or anything stating why an item from my order which I was billed for didnt come or if it was backordered. I will be doing business elsewhere.

Disgusting service. Advertised goods online that they didnt have in stock, debited my Visa for the cost and then when I complained the refund they made was less than what I paid. DO NOT deal with this company
