Salesperson was condescending to me. It was my first visit to the store. Only pro was that he asked me to walk around the store and assess my gait. I didnt LOVE any of the shoes I was shown in the store (hey, if Im spending close to $100, I need to LOVE them), so I asked if I could order a pair from their catalogue. I also asked if I could buy a pair that I liked in-store and keep them until the other pair came in the mail. If the ordered pair didnt work out, then Id at least have a pair I liked, considering the store has limited stock. If the ordered pair worked out, then Id just return the store-bought pair. The sales guy told me that it is an "asinine move" to buy a pair, then not wear them. That left me feeling quite embarrassed and red-faced. I dont think my question was that "asinine" or stupid like how he made me feel. I was trying to ensure that he had a sale! Seriously??? Im probably going to go look on Amazon or some other running shoe store instead now.

Being new to running, I wanted to get a solid pair of running shoes as I have my first race coming up soon. I got way more than that at Fleet Feet! I had the opportunity to work with Shelby, and the experience could not have been better! She started out by figuring out my shoe size, and then watched me walk to see if there were any issues in my stride. I especially appreciated the fact that she told me why we were doing each of these things. Once all of the basics were ironed out, she brought out a couple pairs of shoes. She laced them up for me, and we went outside so I could jog a short distance in them. The whole experience was very informational and downright fun. I received excellent customer service, and will most likely be going back for all of my running needs!

I come here for all of my running needs. The staff is great. Fred and Shelby are very personable and knowledgable and will take their time to make sure you walk out with the prefect product. And theyre so encouraging when you tell them about annual upcoming race or even A PR that was met!

They are located between Aspen Dental and Moes Southwest Grill across from Petco. Staff were very personable and patient. The prices were fair. They take the time (if you choose) to look your feet over and your walk/run style in order to find the best shoe match for you.
