Staff not knowledgeable about Nike product services. We purchased a pair of cleats from this Nike store and less than a year later they were basically falling apart. We brought them back to the store and asked about the 2 year warrantee we had read about online. The associate told us that there was no such thing. She even used my favorite line: "Like I was telling you", inferring that we were either not listening or stupid. We sent the shoes back to Nike and got a full price voucher to use on another pair of cleats. Guess I dont need to go back to their store anymore....

Probably one of the worse services Ive ever had to experience. I ordered a custom shoe here from December and Ive yet to receive it. Contacting their customer service and trying to get answers are horrid. It takes them over 20 minutes waiting on the phone to find the right people to talk to and theyll have you on hold forever. The staff there are unprofessional, unresponsive, and its just been a horrible experience from a user stand point. If you like Nike product, Id strongly recommend going to some other place then this one.

Came here to try on a pair of Nike 360 airs and new Vapormax since we had a voucher to use. The staff was really nice and accommodating. They not only let us try on 4 pairs of shoes, but also let us try out the treadmill as well. We were able to get a good feel for which running shoe we needed and purchased then later in the day. We really appreciate the candid opinions from the employees & they had some spot on comments about several shoes which was really nice.

We had a wonderful experience at Georgetown Nike!!! The store has the latest trends and fashions and amazing service. We met an employee named Kimmy who was so patient with our 4 kids, and provided wonderful advice and assistance. We liked her so much we took a picture with her! After our shopping visit we headed to nearby Georgetown cupcakes thanks to her advice and it was a BIG hit with the kids!!!

This store is so chock-full of cool new stuff that I wasnt expecting good customer service (because lets face it, they dont need it). I was surprised therefore at just how eager and helpful they were. Ive been there twice and was helped by the same person-- Richard-- both times. He knew his shoes and it was fun to talk shop with him while I was trying them on. Excellent service. Thanks, Richard!

My mother had to take my brother to the restroom so once they came out there were two employees standing outside of the restroom waiting for my mother. One went in the restroom after she came out and was looking around the other employee was just staring my mother down then they started talking and then started walking away still looking at her suspecting she stole something.

I went in looking for some basketball shoes and was very satisfied with the service and the selection -- I would recommend asking for Jean. Between Jeans help and the stores selection I was able to get just what I was looking for. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted, and Jean was patient and friendly through-out the process. Beautiful building... Terrible customer service. After leaving there I seriously had to have a drink, it sucked the good energy I came in with. Nike your one of my favorite brands. Please go in there and fix it. I spoke with a resident that lives in DC and they had the same complaint about your customer service.

I asked a salesperson if they had Air Monarchs. He said whats that? I googled it on my phone and showed it to him. He laughed and said thats an old shoe and laughed. His colleague said: "How do you even spell "Monarch". I dont need the sarcasm and arrogance. Hello Under Armour. Goodbye Nike.

Best Nike store I have ever been to in my entire life! They had very good selections of there products and stuff I havent even seen on the internet. Very great store if you want the latest in sportswear. The only negative to it was the price, but overall a great experience.

Looking for sale prices or any kind of discount? This is NOT your store. Display is nice, carefully designed, almost everything from the most recent collection is available, but prices are the highest you can find for Nike products

Huge selection spread over three floors. I imagine most of Nikes selection is represented here. However the store feels cold and unfriendly. Staff came across more like security than salespeople.
